Are transfers included?

Airport transfers for your arrival and departure flights are not automatically included in your package unless specifically mentioned. To determine whether transfers are part of your package, please check the list of inclusions and exclusions available on the deal page for your reference.

If your package does include airport transfers, you will receive comprehensive arrival instructions in your final travel documentation.

If transfers are not included, you can easily arrange them through your Traveller Hub up to 7 days prior to your departure. Please be aware that if you are a travel agent, you will need to reach out to our team directly to request a transfer quote.
