Are transfers included?

Airport transfers for your arrival and departure flights are not included in your package unless explicitly stated. To find out if transfers are part of your package, please refer to the list of inclusions and exclusions on the deal page for your convenience.

If airport transfers are included, you will receive detailed arrival instructions in your final travel documentation.

In cases where transfers are not included, you can arrange them through your Traveller Hub up to 7 days before your departure. Please note that if you are a travel agent, you will need to contact our team directly to obtain a transfer quote.
