• Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
• Entry is open to Australian residents only (excluding Australian Capital Territory and South Australia), who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).
• Employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion.
• Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
• The Promotion begins at 12:00am AEST 15 April, 2024 and ends 11:59pm AEST 4 May, 2024 (Promotional Period).   

• To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and complete the online entry form, including their first name, last name, email address, and select “yes” to receive promotional emails from Inspiring Vacations and agree to the Privacy Policy.
• Entrants found to be entering multiple email addresses may have their entries invalidated.
• Entrants will also receive five additional entries for making a booking at inspiringvacations.com during the Promotional Period.
• Each booking made during the Promotional Period will qualify for five (five) entries to the Promotion. Should the booking be cancelled or refunded prior to the Prize Draw, these entries will be invalidated. 
• Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered by the Promoter. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter.
• If you enter the Promotion but no longer wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au and you will be removed from the Promotion.
• Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary.
• Travel agents are not eligible to enter, with the exception of the bonus entry method, which allocates five bonus entries with every booking made. In this case, the Prize will be awarded to the agent's client, for the client's redemption only.
• For entries associated with booking, this promotion is available for bookings made by travel agents and will be awarded to the end customer, for their redemption only.

• The following is only available to residents of Australia, excluding South Australia and Australian Capital Territory.
• All entrants into the draw will be issued a $250 Inspiring Vacations Travel Voucher.
• Vouchers redeemable on minimum spend $2500.
• Vouchers are valid for three months from date of issue. 
• Vouchers are only to be used against the published tour packages found at inspiringvacations.com.
• To make a booking, apply code online or over the phone.
• Voucher terms and conditions form part of the full terms and conditions.
• Vouchers are not transferable, and not refundable after purchase.
• Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or part. Once expired, vouchers are no longer valid and will not be honoured.
• Vouchers can only be used against new bookings.
• Personal information collected in relation to your voucher will be handled in accordance with Inspiring Vacations’ Privacy Policy.
• The voucher can be applied in Australian dollars (AUD).
• The voucher cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, subscriber-only deal, discount or Travelzoo product, and must be applied within the cooling-off period.
• The voucher will be supplied in the form of a coupon and is not convertible to cash, transferable or refundable in the event of cancellation.

• This is a game of chance; each eligible entry will be placed into the draw with a winner electronically drawn at random.
• The winner will be the first valid entry electronically drawn from the Prize Draw, which will be conducted on 21 May, 2024 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00pm AEST. 
• The winner will be notified directly via the email provided within two (2) business days of the prize draw and will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and the Inspiring Vacations Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/InspiringVacations. 
• The winner must accept the Prize by 9:00am AEST 24 May, 2024, or the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and a replacement winner will be drawn. This winner will have already been drawn at the time and location of the original draw.
• Four replacement winners will also be electronically drawn on 21 May, 2024 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00pm AEST, in the circumstance a the first valid entry drawn is deemed to be invalid or fails to accept the prize. Each replacement winner will be ordered based on the order they were drawn.
• A replacement winner, if any, will be notified directly via email or phone within two (2) business days of the decision being made. The name of the replacement winner will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and the Inspiring Vacations Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/InspiringVacations. 
• Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded and the relevant Prize will be re-awarded in accordance with the relevant clause of these Conditions of Entry as if the discarded entry had not been received.
• Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to the departure date or traveller details can be made   

Prize Details: 

• There is one (1) prize to be won (Prize). The drawn entry, as electronically drawn, will win the Prize which includes:
• Any tour package, available to book at inspiringvacations.com/au, for two people, twin share, up to the total value of $50,000 AUD (including GST).
• The Winner must select and book their tour within three months of prize acceptance.
• Prize is valid for travel departing after 1 January, 2025.
• Prize is valid for a new booking only.

• Total Prize is valued up to $50,000 AUD (including GST). The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash.
• The winner will have a choice of any tour package, any available departure date after 1 January 2025, and any add-ons and flights as purchased during check-out at time of redemption, in one transaction, up to the total value of $50,000 AUD (including GST). Tour must be available to book at inspiringvacations.com/au at time of redemption.
• Any difference in total purchase price and voucher redemption (above $50,000 AUD) must be paid for by Winner as per Inspiring Vacations payment terms and conditions.
• Redemption is complete once Winner has booked their tour and any further additions to tour package including transfers, flights and optional tours added after booking will not be included in prize redemption.
• If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• In accepting and participating in the Prize, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Prize, including but not limited to being interviewed, videoed and photographed. The winner will provide the Promoter with a selection of minimum five (5) pieces of on-tour imagery and footage to be used for promotional purposes. The winners (and their companion) agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use winner’s commentary, video footage and photography in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companion) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
• Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
• The Prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred and traveller details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
• Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• The Prize is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (bedding configuration is not guaranteed).
• If the Prize tour does not meet the minimum requirements for departure, Inspiring Vacations will offer alternative dates.
• The winner and their travel companion will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the detailed itinerary. Transportation to and from the airport and to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, meals and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
• All communication regarding bookings made for your awarded tour will be sent via email. It will be the responsibility of the winner to notify us of any contact detail changes.
• Should the Winner be forced to cancel the booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply and no credit or refund of the tour value or date change will be applicable.
• Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
• Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:
  • war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts;
  • natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels;
  • nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or
  • change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
• The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
