Conditions of Entry

General
Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.

Entry is open to Australia (AU) residents only, who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).

Travel agents and employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion.

Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.

The Promotion runs as part of Inspiring Vacations' Birthday Month, with this competition starting 12:01am AEDT 18 March 2026 and scheduled to end 24-hours before each event, the final end date of 11:59pm AEDT 29 March 2026 (Promotional Period). 

Entry
To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, be subscribed to emails and complete the entry form in full.

Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Illegible, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or corrupted entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical disruptions or other reasons beyond its control.

If you enter during the Promotion, but do not wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au and you will be removed from the Promotion.

Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain the responsibility of the Entrant.

Winner and Prize Details

This is a game of chance. Each eligible entry will be placed into the draw, and winners will be electronically drawn at random.

The daily prize draw will take place at 9:00am AEDT the day before each Cinema Event throughout the promotional period, drawing from bookings made the prior day, at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004.

A winner will be drawn for each event, each receiving two places at the event in their nominated city. The winners will be the first entries drawn from the pool of daily booking entries.

Winners will be notified via the phone number associated with their entry by end of day of their applicable draw and published on the Inspiring Vacations social media page.

Each winner must accept their prize by 4.30pm AEDT on the day of their prize draw. If a winner fails to do so, their prize will be forfeited.

Prize Details:

There is one (1) prize to be won for each of cities hosting the Cinema Events. 

  • The drawn entry, as electronically drawn, will win the Prize which includes:
  • Two tickets to the Inspiring Vacations' Cinema Event on a specific date and time. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Prize.
  • If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.
  • Cinema events are held at the following locations and dates. Movie screened will be selected by Inspiring Vacations and may vary city by city:
    • Sydney - Sun 22 March 2026: Palace Central Cinema
    • Melbourne - Mon 23 March 2026: Palace Cinema Como
    • Perth - Sun 29 March 2026: Palace Cinema Raine Square
    • Brisbane - Mon 30 March 2026: Palace Barracks

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
  • In accepting and participating in the Prize, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Prize, including but not limited to being interviewed, videoed and photographed. The winners (and their companion, if applicable) agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use winner’s commentary, video footage and photography in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companion, if applicable) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  • Any entry made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
  • Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
  • The winner will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the detailed itinerary. Transportation to and from the cinema, meals and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
  • Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
  • Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:
    • war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; 
    • natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; 
    • nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; 
    • epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or 
    • change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
  • The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
