• Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant.

• Entry is open to Australian (AU) residents only, who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).

• Entrants must be a Velocity Frequent Flyer (Velocity) member, or become a Velocity member prior to claiming a prize. Velocity membership is free and available at https://join.velocityfrequentflyer.com/ Velocity Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions (Velocity Terms and Conditions) apply.

• Travel agents and employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion. Bookings made by or through travel agents or any third party are not eligible for this Promotion.

• Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to review, vary or withdraw promotion at any time, subject to state regulatory approval.

• The Promotion runs as part of Inspiring Vacations' Black Friday campaign, starting 12:01am AEDT Saturday 7 November 2026 and will end 11:59pm AEDT Thursday 3 December 2026 (Promotional Period).

• To enter the Promotion, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, place an Inspiring Vacations tour booking directly via phone or through the Inspiring Vacations Australian store at www.inspiringvacations.com/au and pay the applicable deposit or full payment by payment schedule as detailed at time of booking.
• Each valid booking must have a travel date prior to 31 December 2029.
• Each valid booking must be confirmed and not cancelled or refunded prior to the applicable prize draw to remain eligible.
• Bookings made on https://cruises.inspiringvacations.com are not eligible for this Promotion.
• Bookings made at any other event attended by Inspiring Vacations, but not run by Inspiring Vacations, during the Promotional Period will not be eligible to enter.
• Each eligible booking constitutes one (1) entry into the Daily Prize Draw for the day on which the booking was made, and one (1) entry into the Final Draw for the Grand Prize, the Major Prizes and the Minor Prizes. Entrants may enter multiple times, with each separate eligible booking constituting a separate entry.
• Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Illegible, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or corrupted entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical disruptions or other reasons beyond its control.
• If you make a booking during the Promotion, but do not wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au and you will be removed from the Promotion.
• Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain the responsibility of the Entrant.

• This is a game of chance. Each eligible entry will be placed into the draw, and winners will be electronically drawn at random.
• Daily Prize Draws: A Daily Prize Draw will take place at 9:00am AEDT each day from Sunday 8 November 2026 to Friday 4 December 2026 inclusive, drawing from eligible bookings made the prior day, at the Promoter's premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004.
• A Daily Prize winner will be drawn for each of the twenty-seven (27) days of the Promotional Period, each receiving 100,000 Velocity Points. The winner will be the first entry drawn from the pool of that day's booking entries.

• Final Draw: The Final Draw will take place at 10:00am AEDT on Friday 4 December 2026 at the Promoter's premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004, drawing from all eligible bookings made across the entire Promotional Period. Entries will be drawn in the following order: the first entry drawn will win the Grand Prize of 1,000,000 Velocity Points; the next two (2) entries drawn will each win a Major Prize of 400,000 Velocity Points; and the next two (2) entries drawn will each win a Minor Prize of 250,000 Velocity Points.
• An Entrant who wins a Daily Prize remains eligible to win the Grand Prize, a Major Prize or a Minor Prize. No Entrant may win more than one (1) Prize in the Final Draw. Where an entry is drawn for an Entrant who has already won a Prize in the Final Draw, that entry will be set aside and a further entry drawn in its place.
• Notification and claim: Winners will be notified via the phone number and email address associated with the booking by end of day of their applicable draw, and published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page.
• To claim a Prize, a winner must, within three (3) business days of notification, provide the Promoter with a valid Velocity membership number in their own name. The winner must be the lead passenger on the entering booking and the name on the Velocity membership account must match the name of the lead passenger on the booking.
• If a winner does not claim their Prize within the required timeframe, does not hold or obtain a valid Velocity membership, or cannot satisfy the verification requirements above, their Prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected from pre-drawn replacement winners.
• A replacement winner for each Grand Prize, Major Prize, Minor Prize and Daily Prize will be drawn at the same time and location as the original draw schedule, in case any original winners are deemed invalid or do not accept the prize. Replacement winners will be contacted in order as required.

• The Promotional Period commences at 12:01am AEDT on Saturday 7 November 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 3 December 2026, a period of twenty-seven (27) days.
  
  Grand Prize

• There is one (1) Grand Prize to be won.
• The Grand Prize is 1,000,000 Velocity Points, valued at approximately $25,000 AUD.
  
  Major Prize
• There are two (2) Major Prizes to be won.
• Each Major Prize is 400,000 Velocity Points, valued at approximately $10,000 AUD.
  
  Minor Prize
• There are two (2) Minor Prizes to be won.
• Each Minor Prize is 250,000 Velocity Points, valued at approximately $6,250 AUD.
  
  Daily Prize
• There are twenty-seven (27) Daily Prizes to be won, one (1) for each day of the Promotional Period.
• Each Daily Prize is 100,000 Velocity Points, valued at approximately $2,500 AUD.
  
  Total Prize Pool
• The total prize pool is 5,000,000 Velocity Points across thirty-two (32) prizes, valued at approximately $125,000 AUD
• Velocity tax Points will be allocated to the winner’s Velocity membership account only. Value is based on a sample of the Velocity Points options that could be obtained by redeeming the Prizes through the Velocity program at the time of this Promotion. The estimate of value is provided for the purposes of licensing this Promotion only – the value of the Velocity Points will vary depending on how and when they are redeemed by the winner through the Velocity Points program.

• The Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. A winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash.
• Velocity Points awarded as a Prize are not transferable and cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash.
• Velocity will not be liable for any tax liability, including without limitation income tax, fringe benefits tax, or any liability or loss of opportunity due to reportable fringe benefits, incurred by a winner, an Entrant, their family, associates, employer and/or any other party due to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, receipt or redemption of Velocity Points.
• Entrants, the winner and/or any such relevant party will be required to pay any taxes (including any applicable GST on those taxes and charges) which may be due on the receipt or redemption of Velocity Points.
• Entrants should seek independent financial advice to ensure they understand possible tax implications in relation to any tax liability and/or reportable fringe benefits before acceptance or the receipt or redemption of Velocity Points.
• Velocity, its agents and associated entities do not accept responsibility for and makes no representations about any tax liability as a result of participating in the Promotion or from receiving or redeeming Velocity Points.
• Velocity Points awarded as a Prize will be credited to the winner's Velocity account within seven (7) days of the departure date of the entering booking, consistent with the standard Inspiring Vacations Velocity Frequent Flyer earn terms. The winner's Velocity membership number must be provided to the Promoter within three (3) business days of notification and must remain linked to the entering booking prior to the departure date. Where the Promoter verifies a winner's Velocity membership details after the departure date of the entering booking, Prize Velocity Points will be credited within seven (7) days of that verification.
• Velocity Points awarded as a Prize are separate from, and in addition to, any Velocity Points earned on the entering booking under the standard Inspiring Vacations Velocity Frequent Flyer earn terms.
• Velocity Points awarded as a Prize cannot be applied as a discount to, or credited against, the entering booking.
• Once a booking is confirmed, no changes to the departure date or traveller details can be made.
• If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.
• This Promotion can be reviewed, varied or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Inspiring Vacations or Velocity Frequent Flyer.
• This Promotion can be combined with any subscriber welcome offers, limited-time or subscriber-only deals, Flash Deals, or any other promotion.

• A Velocity membership is required to receive a Prize. Inspiring Vacations customers can join Velocity for free at https://join.velocityfrequentflyer.com/.
• Velocity Points will be issued to the lead passenger on the entering booking only. Velocity Points cannot be split between multiple passengers or Velocity members.
• The name on the Velocity membership account must match the name of the lead passenger on the entering booking.
• Retrospective claims for Prize Velocity Points are not permitted.
• Prize Velocity Points will be forfeited if the entering booking is cancelled or refunded prior to the Points being credited.
• Once credited, Prize Velocity Points are subject to the Velocity Terms and Conditions, including in relation to expiry, in force from time to time. Velocity Terms and Conditions are available at https://www.velocityfrequentflyer.com/member-support/terms-conditions.

• All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the Prize winner.
• In accepting and participating in the Prize, the winners agree to participate and cooperate with Inspiring Vacations as required in all editorial activities relating to the Prize, including but not limited to being interviewed, videoed and photographed. The winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use the winner's commentary, video footage and photography in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
• Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms and Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
• The Prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred and traveller details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
• Should the winner cancel the entering booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply and no credit, refund or substitute value for the Velocity Points will be applicable. Where Velocity Points have already been credited, the Promoter reserves the right to request their reversal which will be at Velocity discretion.

• Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the Prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms and Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
• Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacations' reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:

• war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts;
• natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels);
• nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination;
• epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or
• change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.

• The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Entrants consent to the Promoter disclosing the winner's name and Velocity membership number to Inspiring Vacations for the purpose of crediting the Prize.
• Velocity may collect personal information about Entrants for the purpose of providing any Prize to the Entrant. If Velocity cannot collect the Entrant’s personal information, Velocity will not be able to provide the Entrant with any Prize. Velocity may also disclose the Entrant’s personal information to and/or collect their personal information from its related companies (including Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd and Velocity Rewards Pty Ltd) and third parties who provide (or help Velocity provide) products and services. Velocity may disclose the Entrant’s personal information to persons or organisations located in overseas countries, as described in Velocity’s Privacy Policy (www.virginaustralia.com/privacy). Velocity’s Privacy Policy also states how an Entrant can seek to access or correct their personal information and how to make a privacy complaint. The Entrant can contact the Virgin Australia Privacy Officer at privacy@virginaustralia.com.
• If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a Prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
• Inspiring Vacations is the Promoter and is responsible for the conduct and administration of the Promotion, including the entry process, draws, winner notification, Prize claims and any booking, tour or other product or service supplied by Inspiring Vacations. Velocity is not the Promoter and is not responsible for those matters.
• To the extent permitted by law, Velocity and its associated entities (and their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way in connection with this Promotion or any Prizes. This includes but is not limited to:
• technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this Promotion and any incorrect or inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures;
• theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
• lost or damaged entries, Prize claims or Prizes;
• any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; and
• acceptance and/or use of any Prize (including but not limited to any component of a winner’s Prize).
