Inspiring Vacations "Tailormade Memories" Competition Terms and Conditions

General

  1. Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry, and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
  2. Entry is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, United States of America, and Canada, who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry (Entrants).
  3. Employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion.
  4. Only Entrants who apply within the competition period are eligible for the Promotion.
  5. Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004, is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
  6. The Promotional Period begins at 12:01am AEDT on 17 February 2026, and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 4 March 2026 (Promotional Period).
  7. The Prize Voting period will be held upon completion of the Promotional Period, with judging panel consisting of chosen representatives from Inspiring Vacations. 
  8. The Prize Voting period will conclude by 11:50pm AEDT 4 March 2026, with judging will take place at the Promoter's premises (Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004) at 12.00pm AEDT 6 March 2026. Winner contacted within 2 business days.
  9. On the event that the winner is unable to claim their prize, a runner up winner will be chosen. This runner up will be selected at the time of the original judging.

Entry

  1. To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and complete the online entry form, including their first name, last name, and email address. By submitting the form, Entrants consent to receive promotional emails from Inspiring Vacations and agree to the Privacy Policy.
  2. Eligible Entrants must upload a photograph or video from their Inspiring Vacations tour, taken between 01 January 2023 and 4 March 2026. Entries that do not meet this criterion will be deemed invalid.
  3. Entrants may submit a maximum of one (1) photo and one (1) video during the Promotional Period.
  4. Each entry must be unique—duplicate entries will not be accepted. Entries can not be repeat entries from previous Inspiring Vacations' competitions.
  5. Entries must meet the following technical and content requirements
    1. Photos: Minimum resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels in JPG, PNG, or HEIC formats.
    2. Videos: Length between 10 and 30 seconds, in MP4 or MOV formats.
    3. Content: Must feature travel that occurred on an Inspiring Vacations tour and include a description or quote of 100 words or less relevant to the submission. If a caption exceeds 100 words, Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to edit or shorten it to 100 words.
    4. Entries must be the participant’s original work and contain no identifying marks, borders, watermarks, signatures, or AI-generated content .

  6. By entering this competition, the Entrant confirms that they have obtained consent from all identifiable individuals featured in the submitted image or video for its use in this competition and any promotional materials associated with it.
  7. No purchase is necessary to enter. Void where prohibited.
  8. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not at the time of transmission. Entrants will receive a confirmation email upon successful submission. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, corrupted, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical errors, omissions, deletion or otherwise.
  9. By entering the competition, Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use submitted commentary, video footage, and photography in marketing materials and media worldwide, including online social networking sites. Entrants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  10. The winner agrees to be filmed and photographed to publicise their win, should this be deemed necessary by Inspiring Vacations. By accepting the prize, the winner grants the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use this content in marketing materials and media worldwide, including online social networking sites. The winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  11. If you enter the Promotion but no longer wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au, and you will be removed from the Promotion.
  12. Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary.
  13. Each person may vote only once during the community voting period. Multiple votes will result in disqualification.
  14. By entering the competition, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  15. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. 

Prize Details

  1. This is a game of skill. The Prize will be awarded based on originality and creativity, as judged by a group of people selected by Inspiring Vacations.
  2. Judging will take place at the Promoter's premises (Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004) at 12.00pm AEDT 6 March 2026. The judges' decision is final, and no feedback or further correspondence will be entered into.
  3. The winner will receive a $500 gift card via Tango Gift Card, issued in local currency of the winner. The gift card must be used in accordance with its terms and conditions.
  4. The winner will be notified directly via email within two (2) business days of the winning entry selection and published on the Inspiring Vacations' promotional and social media pages. The winner must accept their prize within two business days of being notified. Failure to do so may result in the prize being forfeited and a replacement winner selected.
  5. Should the prize be unclaimed, Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to select an alternative winner or forfeit awarding of the prize.
  6. All communication regarding the redemption of the prize will be sent via email. Winner must ensure their contact details are kept up to date.
  7. The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or refunded after use. Expired gift cards are non-refundable in part or in full and, once expired, are invalid and will not be honoured.
  8. By entering the competition, Entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use submitted commentary, video footage, and photography in marketing materials and media worldwide, including online social networking sites. Entrants will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  9. Personal information collected in relation to your voucher will be handled in accordance with Inspiring Vacations’ Privacy Policy.
