Competition: The Inspiring Awards (AU, NZ, US, CA)

General

1. Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. By submitting the form and ntering this Promotion means each Entrant accepts these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry (Entrants).
3. Employees and contractors of Inspiring Vacations, and their immediate family members, can't enter.
4. Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter.
5. The Promotion begins at 12:01am AEDT on 2 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 16 October 2026 (Promotional Period).
6. No purchase is necessary to enter. Making a purchase doesn't improve an Entrant's chances of winning.

Entry

1. To enter, Entrants must complete the Inspiring Awards voting form on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page during the Promotional Period. The form asks for first name, last name and email address. By submitting the form, Entrants agree to receive promotional emails from Inspiring Vacations and agree to the Privacy Policy.
2. To be eligible, an entry must include a response to at least one of the voting categories. Forms with no voting category response are invalid.
3. Each Entrant may submit one (1) form only. If there is more than one submission from the same person or email address, only the first valid one counts. The Promoter may disqualify anyone it reasonably believes has tried to enter more than once, including by using several email addresses.
4. Entries are accepted when the Promoter receives them, not when they are sent. The Promoter isn't responsible for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted or misdirected entries.
5. Voting responses decide the Inspiring Awards results only. They do not affect who receives a voucher or who wins the Grand Prize.
6. If you enter but no longer wish to take part, email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au and you will be removed from the Promotion.
7. Any costs of entering (such as internet access) are the Entrant's responsibility.

Entry Reward – $100pp Voucher

1. Every eligible Entrant will receive a voucher for $100 per person off their next Inspiring Vacations booking. For example, a booking for two travellers receives $200 off.
2. Vouchers will be emailed as a coupon code to the address given in the entry form within 5 business days after the Promotional Period ends.
3. $100pp voucher redeemable on tour bookings only, with a minimum spend of $2,000 required
4. The voucher is in the currency of the Entrant's market. It must be used on one booking only, and used within 12 months of issue. It applies to published tour packages on inspiringvacations.com and cannot be used on Travelzoo products.
5. The voucher can be used together with select promotions.
6. Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded after use. Expired vouchers are void. 
7. Name on voucher must match name of passenger on the tour booking against which voucher is redeemed.

Grand Prize

1. There is one (1) Grand Prize: an Inspiring Vacations travel voucher worth $2,500 AUD (Grand Prize). Total prize pool: $2,500 AUD.
2. The Grand Prize winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at 12pm AEST AEDT on 22 October 2026 at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004.
3. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw. 
4. Winning odds depend on the number of eligible entries.
5. The winner must accept the prize within 5 business days of being notified. If the prize isn't claimed, it is forfeited and a redraw will be held at the same place at 11:00am AEST on 3 November 2026. The redraw winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days.
6. The Grand Prize is supplied as a coupon code valid for 12 months from the date it is issued, for new bookings of published tour packages. It must be used on one booking, can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and can't be used on Travelzoo products.
7. The Grand Prize is in addition to the $100pp Entry Reward. The Grand Prize may be used on Inspiring Vacations published tour packages on inspiringvacations.com and cannot be used on Travelzoo products.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Prize, including but not limited to being interviewed, vidoed and photographed. The winner may be asked to provide the Promoter with a selection of minimum five (5) pieces of on-tour imagery and footage to be used for promotional purposes. The winners (and their companion) agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use winner’s commentary, video footage and photography in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companion) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
2. Prizes don't include taxes, insurance, flights (unless booked on the voucher), transfers, visas, spending money or other personal expenses. These are the winner's responsibility.
3. If a booking made with a voucher is cancelled, standard Inspiring Vacations Terms and Conditions apply and the voucher value is not refunded.
4. The Promoter may cancel, change or suspend the Promotion if fraud, a technical failure or anything else outside its reasonable control affects how the Promotion runs, subject to any applicable law. This includes a force majeure event as defined in the Inspiring Vacations Terms and Conditions.
5. The Promoter may disqualify any Entrant who breaches these terms or tampers with the entry process. It may also redraw if a winner can't meet these terms.
6. Personal information collected for this Promotion will be handled under the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
7. Standard Inspiring Vacations terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with $100pp voucher or $2,00AUDGrand Prize.
8. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
