The NYC Promotion begins at 6:00am PST 15 January, 2024 and ends 11:59pm PST 4 February, 2024 (Promotional Period).

Entry
To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, register as a Travel Agent with Inspiring Vacations, including their first name, last name, agency and email address.
No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.
Only one entry per person will be permitted per email address registered during the Promotional Period. Entrants found to be entering multiple email addresses may have their entries invalidated.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered by the Promoter. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter.

This is a game of chance; each eligible entry will be placed into the draw with a winner electronically drawn at random.
The winner will be the first valid entry electronically drawn from the Prize Draw, which will be conducted on 6 February, 2024 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00 pm AEDT.
The winner will be notified directly via the email within two (2) business days of the prize draw and will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and the Inspiring Vacations Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/InspiringVacations.
The winner must accept the Prize by 9:00am PST 9 February 2024, or the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and a replacement winner will be drawn. This winner will have already been drawn at the time and location of the original draw.
Four replacement winners will also be electronically drawn at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004, in the circumstance the first valid entry drawn is deemed to be invalid or fails to accept the prize. Each replacement winner will be ordered based on the order they were drawn.

There is one (1) prize to be won (Prize). The drawn entry, as electronically drawn, will win the Prize which includes:
One (1) x 5 night tour of Sri Lanka with one (1) return international economy flights arriving in and departing from Colombo, from New York.
Total Prize is valued up to $2,000 USD. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash.
The winner will depart on 18 May, 2024. Departure date subject to change.
If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.

The winner will provide the Promoter with a selection of minimum five (5) pieces of on-tour imagery and footage to be used for promotional purposes. The winner agrees to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use winner’s commentary, video footage and photography in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
The Prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred and traveler details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
The Prize is based on one person (bedding configuration is not guaranteed).
The Prize is on a twin share basis, and the winner will need to share a room with another traveler of the same gender.
If the Prize tour does not meet the minimum requirements for departure, or should you be forced to cancel your booking for whatever reason the winner must forfeit their place.
The winner will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the detailed itinerary. This itinerary will be shared with the Winner upon acceptance of the prize. Transportation to and from the airport and to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, meals and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
All communication regarding bookings made for your awarded tour will be sent via email. It will be the responsibility of the winner to notify us of any contact detail changes.

epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or
change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, license and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
