The following cancellation policy is in place for all Inspiring Vacations travellers who cancel their booking after 24 February 2023.
Cooling-off period
Unless specifically specified, all tours on inspiringvacations.com will have a 7-day cooling-off period. Any request to cancel within 7 days of booking will receive a full reimbursement of all amounts paid.
Inspiring Vacations cancellation policy after the cooling-off period
We understand that plans may change, prohibiting you from being able to travel on your Inspiring Vacations package. Inspiring Vacations aims to offer a transparent and flexible response to cancellations.
Subject to the 7 day cooling off period or the specific terms of a product, should you decide to cancel your booking, the below Inspiring Vacations fees will apply in addition to any costs charged by third-parties - such as those charged by airlines, cruiselines or other travel service providers.

Cancellations will include but are not limited to, the full cancellation of your booking, the cancellation of one passenger on a booking and a change in package.
After deducting any fees, the remaining amounts paid, if any, will be returned to you in the form of an Inspiring Vacations credit. The terms of that credit will be provided upon issue.
We strongly recommend all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance immediately after booking as Inspiring Vacations is not liable for covering any unrecoverable costs associated with your booking. Where required, our team will provide a letter for your claim upon request.

This cancellation policy was updated on 24 February 2023. In the aim of consistency and fairness, Inspiring Vacations will apply these terms to bookings made prior to this date on the basis that they are equal to or more favourable than those prior terms.
