Flight Preferences

My package includes international airfares, can I request certain flights?

Yes, you have the ability to request certain flight options outlined below. Please note, flight preferences cannot be requested within 70 days of departure. 

  • Airline Preferences: Select from our list of airline options
  • Cabin Preferences: Opt for an upgrade to premium economy or business class.
  • Extensions: Advise if you wish to extend travel before or after the tour with the same start and end cities.
  • Stopover: Let our team know if you wish to desire to have a stopover in a transit city, on route to your destination.

All requests must be submitted via the Flight Preference Form, for more information please refer to the preference form page or speak with one of our friendly support staff.

When will I receive my flight quote?

Our flight team works to provide flight quotes approximately 60 days before your departure date. However, due to increased rebooking activity caused by current disruptions in the Middle East, flight quotes are in some instances being released closer to 30 days before departure.

If you have already submitted your preferences, you do not need to take any further action - your quote will be sent to you as soon as it is available.  If you have not received your flight quote within 30 days of your departure date, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we will follow up with the flight team.

Can I amend my flight preferences after submitting them?

Yes, you can request changes to your flight preferences after submission. Simply send us an email or contact us with the details of what you'd like to change (e.g., preferred dates, airline preferences, routing changes), and we will update your request.  support@inspiringvacations.com 

Please note that amendments are subject to availability and may affect pricing depending on the changes requested.

My tour package has internal flights included in the itinerary, can I make amendments?

No, while we can accommodate preferences for your international flights, amending or upgrading the internal flights within your package is not possible. These flights are booked together as a group to ensure all passengers travel together, creating a seamless experience on the ground.
