“Flights Sorted”: Flights booked through Inspiring Vacations, up to a maximum value of $2,700pp

  • The “Flights Sorted” will offer flights booked through Inspiring Vacations, up to a maximum value of $2,700 per person (pp).
  • To be eligible, flights must depart from and return to Australia.
  • Guests will use the Inspiring Vacations flight portal to search for and book their preferred airline, cabin, dates and routing, available from 11 months prior to departure.
  • If the selected flights cost more than $2,700pp, guests must pay the difference through the Inspiring Vacations flight portal.
  • The $2,700pp value is a maximum promotional value only. It does not guarantee that eligible flights will cost $2,700pp, and it does not entitle guests to a cash payment, refund or credit for any unused value.
  • If the selected flights cost less than $2,700pp, any unused value is forfeited. It cannot be applied to any other part of the booking or transferred to another person or booking.
  • Once flights are ticketed and confirmed, any change or cancellation will incur the airline’s standard change and cancellation fees.
  • Solo travellers may use up to $5,400 towards their flights. Any unused value is forfeited. It cannot be applied to any other part of the booking or transferred to another person or booking.
    • A solo traveller is one passenger on a booking with a solo supplement. Twin share bookings are not included.
  • Airline schedules may change without notice. Inspiring Vacations is not liable for any additional costs caused by airline schedule changes before or after ticketing.
  • The flight credit voucher will be issued 30 days after the tour booking is made.
  • The flight credit voucher can be used on the Inspiring Vacations flight portal once flights become available to book, usually around 11 months before departure.
  • If the portal can’t be used, guests can redeem the flight credit voucher directly with an Inspiring Vacations flights specialist.
  • Only one (1) flight credit will be issued per person, per eligible new booking made during the promotional period.
  • The flight credit is supplied as a coupon code. It cannot be converted to cash or transferred, and it is not refundable if the booking is cancelled, the tour is suspended or a force majeure event occurs.
  • The flight credit is valid until 21 March 2028 and can only be used on flights for the tour booked under this promotion.
