How do I change to a new package

For any change request submitted after the 7-day cooling-off period, no package changes are permitted. 

After this time, our team begin fulfilling your arrangements and, once a tour is partially or fully confirmed, any change request must be treated as a cancellation. In order to confirm a new package, we will be required to cancel your existing booking and, as per our terms and conditions, a voluntary cancellation is non-refundable.
