How do I change to a new package
For any change request submitted after the 7-day cooling-off period, no package changes are permitted.
After this time, our team begin fulfilling your arrangements and, once a tour is partially or fully confirmed, any change request must be treated as a cancellation. To confirm a new package, we must cancel your existing booking and apply the cancellation policy accordingly.
