How do I change the dates of my tour?

If you'd like to change the date of your tour, you can submit a form through your traveller hub by clicking this link here. Select the 'support' button, then the 'existing enquiry' to fill in the required information. One of our customer service agents will then contact you to discuss your request further.

How do I swap to a different package?

If you would like to change to a different package, please reach out to us at support@inspiringvacations.com with the details and date of the new tour you would like to change to.

Are there any costs or restrictions for making changes?

Please note all changes are subject to availability, may not always be permitted depending on the package type, and could incur additional fees. Any applicable costs or conditions will be communicated to you once your request has been received

How do I cancel my package?

If your preferred dates or tours are not available and you are wanting to instead cancel your package, please complete the following form HERE.
