How to provide your flight details

In order for our team to finalise your booking, we kindly ask that your flight information is submitted to our team no later than 75 days prior to departure. 

Please follow the below guide to submit this information :

1. Log into your Traveller Hub HERE
2. On the left-hand panel, click BOOKINGS
   
3. Once here, you will be able to view all bookings you have with Inspiring Vacations, past and present. 
   
   
   
4. Allocate the booking to which you would like to submit your information and click on MANAGE
5. On this page, you will have a section called FLIGHTS, please click on ADD FLIGHT DETAILS
6. Add all flight information here and submit the information

• Should you have any schedule changes, please update your details following the same guide above. 
• Please do not book your airfares until your tour is confirmed. All booking updates can be found within your Traveller Hub.
