How to locate your credit

If you have been issued an Inspiring Vacations credit, this value is availabole when you log into your Traveller Hub HERE

If you are already logged in, simply click on 'Account' on the main navigation bar at the top right hand of the screen. If you are using a tablet or mobile, its the user icon located in the same spot that looks like this:

When your Traveller Hub loads, On the left-hand side of your panel, your credit value will appear. An example is provided below;

Note: You are able to click on the credit value to view all transactions associated with your credit. 

If your credit is not reflected here, your credit may have expired, we recommend reviewing your credit terms and conditions. 

Alternatively, if you have been provided with a credit that must be used with a specific supplier, this credit will not be reflected in your Traveller Hub. In this instance, please contact our team through your Traveller Hub if you have any queries.

Alternatively, to make a new booking with this credit please complete the following FORM.

 

Submitting a request with our team

If you would like our team to investigate your credit status, please follow the below steps to submit an investigation. 

  1. Ensure you are logged into your Traveller Hub
  2. Click 'Support' as shown below, and click on 'Existing booking'

 

Please note, that credit is reflected in the main passenger's account only. You will need to ask them to login to view credit.
