Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
The Promotion begins at 12:01am AEST on 24 November 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 March 2024 (Promotional Period) unless otherwise extended. No entries submitted after this time will be valid.
This promotion is not available for bookings made by travel agents.
Entry eligibility
The competition is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available.
Entry instructions
To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition
Complete the Inspiring Vacations post-tour survey and include the six-digit booking number or reference from your last completed Inspiring Vacations booking on the booking ID question.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed, or tampered with will be rejected. Multiple entries from the same person, under the same booking reference will not count towards an additional entry.
Prize
The prize winner will receive:
- One Mastercard E-Gift Card at AUD500 or equivalent in your local currency.
- Gift Cards can be used for online purchases only.
- The Prizes are strictly non-transferable to another person, trip, or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
Prize draw date
The draw will take place at the conclusion of each calendar month, with the first draw being on 30 November 2023. The prize draw can end at any time.
The winners will be notified in writing by the email connected to the booking number advised and submitted at the time of entry.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize Winners.
If any Prizes remain unclaimed within three months after the Prize Draw Date, an unclaimed Prize draw will be held.
This is a game of chance; each eligible entry will be placed into the draw with a winner electronically drawn at random.
The winner will be the first valid entry electronically drawn from the Prize Draw, which will be conducted each month at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004.
The winner will be notified directly via the email within two (2) business days of the prize draw and will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page.
The winner must accept the Prize within 30 days of being notified or the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and a replacement winner will be drawn. This winner will have already been drawn at the time and location of the original draw. The redrawn winner must accept the Prize within 7 days of being notified as being the redrawn winner.
A replacement winner will be electronically drawn at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 in the circumstance a the first valid entry drawn is deemed to be invalid or fails to accept the prize. Each replacement winner will be ordered based on the order they were drawn.
A replacement winner, if any, will be notified directly via email within two (2) business days of the decision being made. The name of the replacement winner will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page.
Collection and use of your personal information
Personal Information, including the Eligible Entrant’s most recent Inspiring Vacations booking number/reference, will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction
The promotion shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

General
The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents, or distributors or that of their employees.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
