Joining instructions for your tour

Rest assured that no matter where your tour is headed, you will have the information you require to know where to be and when — the details simply vary a little depending on the destination and tour you are participating in.

Your itinerary and joining information

An overview of the Day 1 and Day 2 schedules are available in your travel itinerary and on our website at any time.  Additional Arrival and Departure information is included in the Essential Information section.  Access your tour details via Traveller Hub.

• Most tours begin with an arrival day on Day 1, kept free of scheduled activities to give everyone time to travel in, get settled, and soak up their new surroundings.

• Some tours however will include a group meeting on Day 1, so check your specific tour itinerary for clarity.

Your final travel documents, issued 21–30 days before departure, will contain everything you need to know about joining your tour.  This includes supplementary information relating to local Emergency contacts as well as Welcome Meeting instructions.  

Welcome letter on arrival

When you check in at your first hotel, you may also receive a welcome letter. This may add further detail relating to your tour joining instructions along with any other useful details to help you off to a great start - it's worth asking at reception if you do not see one straight away.
