Credit expiry dates

If you have received a credit for reasons other than Covid-19, kindly access your Traveller Hub to check the expiration date of your credit.

Credits that were issued as a result of government-imposed travel restrictions were valid until 31 December 2022 unless specified otherwise. As your credit has expired, regrettably, we will not be reinstating your credit. 

Please refer to your personal credit terms and conditions which would have been provided upon your credit being issued. We feel that there has been sufficient opportunity, both in terms of the redemption period provided and the extensive range of travel packages available, to redeem these credits. 

We understand that given personal circumstances, you may not be able to utilise this credit in time. Should you experience this situation, we strongly recommend all customers liaise with their travel insurance provider for further advice.
