TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Promoter is Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2/420 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC Australia 3004, phone 1300 886 688 (‘Promoter’). Permit number(s): NSW Authority Number TP/03714, ACT: TP 24/02982 and SA Licence No: SA T24/2098.
Instructions, prizes and information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By entering, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions.

Entry

The Promotion commences at 12:01am (Sydney, Australia time) on Saturday, 23 February 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Sydney, Australia time) on Sunday, 16 March 2025.
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over only.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1^st cousin.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Any costs associated with entering the Promotion, including data costs, are the entrant’s responsibility.

How to Enter

To enter to win a "Major Prize" or a "Minor Prize" (the “Promotion” or “Competition”), a person must:
1. buy a minimum of one (1) copy of a Relevant Newspaper (see clause 15 below) between 23 February 2025 and 16 March 2025 inclusive (the “Live Promotion Period”) or be a paying digital subscriber to a Relevant Newspaper on at least one (1) day during the Promotion Period;
2. find the codeword printed in the newspaper on the day they want to enter the Competition;
3. scan the Newspaper QR code or visit the Promotion website at winwithnews.com.au and complete the online entry form in accordance with the instructions on that website including by providing requested essential information and the correct daily codeword published in the paper on the day of entering the Competition.

Entries must be received within the Promotion period(s) as specified.
The cost of accessing the Promotion Website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual Internet Service Provider.
To be eligible, entrants need to have bought a Relevant Newspaper on the day they enter the Competition and therefore need either to be able to provide the physical copies of the Relevant Newspaper on request by the Promoter for the relevant date of entry, or have been a paying digital or home delivery subscriber to a Relevant Newspaper on the relevant date of entry into the Competition.
Enter 3 or more times to double entries into the draw: when an entrant validly enters the competition three or more days throughout the promotion period, they will receive an additional entry into the draw for each day they validly entered the competition. For example, if an entrant enters the competition on 7 different days, they will receive 14 entries into the draw. However if they only enter the competition on 2 different days, they will only receive 2 entries into the draw.
Entrants can enter up to 22 times and each entry must use the codeword that has been published in the Relevant Newspaper on the day of entering. A maximum of one entry per person is permitted per day.

Relevant Newspapers

A Relevant Newspaper is a hard copy or a digital print edition of any of the following newspapers published during the Promotion Period:
1. NSW: The Daily Telegraph, The Saturday Telegraph, The Sunday Telegraph
2. VIC: Herald Sun, Saturday Herald Sun, Sunday Herald Sun, Geelong Advertiser
3. QLD: The Courier-Mail, The Saturday Courier-Mail, The Sunday Mail, Gold Coast Bulletin, Cairns Post, Townsville Bulletin, Toowoomba Chronicle
4. SA: The Advertiser, Sunday Mail
5. NT: NT News, Sunday Territorian
6. TAS: The Mercury, Sunday Tasmanian

The publishers of each of the above Relevant Newspapers and of the digital properties of the same publications are, together, referred to as “News Corp Australia companies”.

Prizes

The total prize pool value is up to AU$296,963.89 (incl. GST).
There are six (6) Major prizes, and 35 Minor prizes to be awarded. Each Major Prize winner will win (1) of the following prizes (the ‘Major Prizes)’. The winner drawn for Major Prizes one (1), three (3), four (4), five (5) and six (6) will have the option to choose their preferred tour/destination from the options listed below only:

Total Major Prize Pool is valued at $221,963.89.

There are Thirty-Five (35) ‘Minor Prizes’ to be won. Each Minor Prize is made up of:
1. Inspiring Vacations Travel Vouchers valued at AU$2,000 each. Vouchers must be redeemed before 30 September 2025 and will be valid for travel with departure dates up to 30 November 2026. Any unused voucher credit will not be refunded, and is non-transferable. Vouchers cannot be redeemed with any other offer or promotion. By entering the Promotion by following the steps outlined above (Steps 10a - 10c), all entrants will each receive one (1) $100 Inspiring Vacations Travel Voucher valued at AU$100. One voucher per entrant, not per entry. Vouchers must be redeemed before 30 September 2025 and will be valid for travel with departure dates up to 30 November 2026. The Draw

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
The draw will take place at Engage Interactive by random computer selection at 12:00 pm (Sydney, Australia time) on Friday, March 21, 2025 at 24 Washpool Crescent, Woongarrah NSW 2259, Australia in the presence of a scrutineer. Electronic Draw Approval Number: SA #860. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. A draw for a prize, if unclaimed, may take place at 12:00pm (Sydney, Australia time) on Monday, April 21 2025 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The ‘Major Prizes’ will be drawn in order of value (as per the below), the highest value prize will be drawn first. The Winners of ‘Major Prizes’ one (1), three (3), four (4), five (5) and six (6), once drawn will get to select their preferred prize/destination from the options below.
