      'October Agent Incentive - Win a Famil to Sri Lanka' Terms and Conditions

      General
      1. Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
      2. Entry is open to residents in Australia and New Zealand only, who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).
      3. Only registered Travel agents who book within the competition period are eligible for the Promotion.
      4. Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
      5. The Promotion begins at 12:01am AEST on 1 October 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2023 (Promotional Period).    
      Entry
      1. To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period,
        1. Make a booking
        2. Register their booking via the form on the promotional page prior to the end date of the Promotion, 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2023
      2. Entrants will receive one entry for every booking made.
      3. 5 winning places will be awarded to entrants, from all Australian states excluding New Zealand, South Australia and both territories, who book the highest gross total transactional value of all bookings made during the promotion period.
      4. 12 winners will be chosen at random from the remaining entrants from all Australian states excluding New Zealand, South Australia and both territories, with 1 entry given for every passenger booked.
      5. 1 winner will be chosen at random from all South Australian entrants
      6. 1 winner will be chosen at random from all New Zealand entrants
      7. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered by the Promoter. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter.
      8. If you enter the Promotion but no longer wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au  and you will be removed from the Promotion.
      9. Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary.
      Winner and Prize Details:
      1. This is a game of chance and skill.
      2. The 5 winners are awarded to entrants who book the highest gross total transactional value of all bookings made during the promotional period from all Australian states excluding New Zealand, South Australia and both territories will determined by the official records of the Promoter.
      3. The 12 winners chosen at random from all Australian states excluding New Zealand, South Australia and both territories will be the first 12 valid entry electronically drawn from the Prize Draw, which will be conducted on November 10 2023 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00 pm AEST.
      4. The 1 winner chosen at random from South Australia will be the first valid entry electronically drawn from the South Australian entrants in the Prize Draw, which will be conducted on November 10, 2023 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00 pm AEST.
      5. The 1 winner chosen at random from New Zealand will be the first valid entry electronically drawn from the New Zealand entrants in the Prize Draw, which will be conducted on November 10, 2023 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00 pm AEST.
      6. The winners will be notified directly via the email within two (2) business days of the prize draw.
      7. The winners must accept the Prize by 9:00 am AEST November 17 2023, be up to date with payments, and be available to travel on the provided departure date, or the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and a replacement winner will be drawn. This winner will have already been drawn at the time and location of the original draw.
      8. A replacement winner, if any, will be notified directly via email or phone within two (2) business days of the decision being made.
      9. Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded and the relevant Prize will be re-awarded in accordance with the relevant clause of these Conditions of Entry as if the discarded entry had not been received.
      10. If the entry to the competition was through a booking made during the Promotional Period, and that booking is cancelled or not paid in full prior to the departure date of the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
      11. Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to the departure date or traveller details can be made   
      Prize Details: 
      1. There are nineteen (19) prizes to be won (Prize). The drawn entry, as electronically drawn, will win the Prize which includes:
      2. a. One (1) x 5 night tour of Sri Lanka with one (1) return international economy flights arriving in and departing from Colombo, from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth or Auckland.
      3. Total Prize is valued up to $2,000 AUD (including GST) depending on the departure city. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash.
      4. The winners will depart in May 2024, with the departure being subject to change.
      5. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.
      6. The Winner must depart from and return to the same Australian domestic airport
      Other Terms and Conditions:
      1. Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
      2. The Prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred and traveller details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
      3. The Prize is based on one person (bedding configuration is not guaranteed).
      4. If the Prize tour does not meet the minimum requirements for departure, or should you be forced to cancel your booking for whatever reason the winner must forfeit their place.
      5. The winner will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the detailed itinerary. This itinerary will be shared with the Winner upon acceptance of the prize. Transportation to and from the airport and to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, meals and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
      6. All communication regarding bookings made for your awarded tour will be sent via email. It will be the responsibility of the winner to notify us of any contact detail changes.
      7. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
      8. Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:
        1. a. war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; 
        2. b. natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; 
        3. c. nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; 
        4. d. epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or 
        5. e. change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
        6. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
        7. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
      9. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
      10. The promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
