  General

  1. Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
     
     
  2. Entry is open to Australian residents only, who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).
     
     
     1. Travel agents and employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion.
        
        
  3. Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
     
     
  4. The Promotion begins at 12:01am AEST on 1 September 2023 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2023 (Promotional Period).   
     

     Entry
     

  5. To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, either:
     
     
     1. Visit the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and complete the online entry form, including their first name, last name, email address, and select “yes” to receive promotional emails from Inspiring Vacations and agree to the Privacy Policy.
        
        
     2. Place a booking with Inspiring Vacations for any of the tours listed on www.inspiringvacations.com, during the Promotional Period, and by using the voucher code ‘WINATRIP’ at the time of booking.
        
        
  6. Entrants may have multiple entries to the draw during the Promotional Period.
     
     
  7. Only one entry per person will be permitted per email address registered during the Promotional Period. Entrants found to be entering multiple email addresses may have their entries invalidated.
     
     
  8. Each booking made during the Promotional Period will qualify for five (5) entries to the Promotion. Should the booking be cancelled prior to the Prize Draw, these entries will be invalidated. 
     
     
  9. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered by the Promoter. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter.
     
     
  10. If you enter the Promotion but no longer wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au  and you will be removed from the Promotion.
      
      
  11. Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary.
      
      
  12. This promotion is not available for bookings made by travel agents.
      
      

      Winner and Prize Details:

      
      
      
  13. This is a game of chance; each eligible entry will be placed into the draw with a winner electronically drawn at random.
      
      
  14. The winner will be the first valid entry electronically drawn from the Prize Draw, which will be conducted on October 16th, 2023 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00 pm AEST. 
      
      
  15. The winner will be notified directly via the email within two (2) business days of the prize draw and will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and the Inspiring Vacations Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/InspiringVacations. 
      
      
  16. The winner must accept the Prize by 9:00 am AEST 30 October 2023, be up to date with payments, and nominate their preferred departure date, or the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and a replacement winner will be drawn. This winner will have already been drawn at the time and location of the original draw.
      
      
  17. Four replacement winners will also be electronically drawn on October 16th, 2023 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00 pm AEST, in the circumstance a the first valid entry drawn is deemed to be invalid or fails to accept the prize. Each replacement winner will be ordered based on the order they were drawn.
      
      
  18. A replacement winner, if any, will be notified directly via email or phone within two (2) business days of the decision being made. The name of the replacement winner will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and the Inspiring Vacations Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/InspiringVacations. 
      
      
  19. Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded and the relevant Prize will be re-awarded in accordance with the relevant clause of these Conditions of Entry as if the discarded entry had not been received.
      
      
  20. If the entry to the competition was through a booking made during the Promotional Period, and that booking is cancelled or not paid in full prior to the departure date of the grand prize, the prize will be forfeited.
      
      
  21. Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to the departure date or traveller details can be made   
      
      Prize Details: 
      
      
  22. There is one (1) prize to be won (Prize). The drawn entry, as electronically drawn, will win the Prize which includes:
      
      
      1. One (1) x 17 Day Premium Norway Winter Small Group Tour, for two people, twin share; with two (2) return international economy flights arriving in Helsinki and departing from Oslo, from Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth.
         
         
  23. Total Prize is valued up to  $21,596 AUD (including GST) depending on departure dates. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash.
      
      
  24. The winner will have a choice of departing on either 26/01/2025, 16/02/2025, 02/03/2025 or 16/03/2025.
      
      
  25. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.
      
      
  26. The Winner and their travel companion must travel together at the same time (departing from and returning to the same Australian domestic airport).
      
      

      Bonus Credit

      
      
      
  27. All entrants who make a tour booking during the Promotional Period with an eligible Inspiring Vacations product using code ‘WINATRIP’  at the time of booking will receive a $250 future travel credit per booking.
      
      
  28. The $250 future travel credit is valid for use on inspiringvacations.com only.
      
      
  29. The credit will be applied in the Australian Dollars.
      
      
  30. The credit cannot be used for existing bookings and can only be applied to a future purchase.
      
      
  31. The credit cannot be used for the purchase of extras like insurance, optional tours or airfares.
      
      
  32. The credit cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
      
      
  33. The credit is valid for 12 months from the conclusion of the campaign. A booking must be made in this period. Travel can take place after the expiration date.
      
      
  34. The credit cannot be applied to bookings made by travel agents and must be used by the entrant.
      
      
  35. The credit will be supplied in the form of a coupon and is not convertible to cash, transferable or refundable in the event of cancellation.
      
      

      Other Terms and Conditions:

      
      
      
  36. Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
      
      
  37. The Prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred and traveller details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
      
      
  38. The Prize is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (bedding configuration is not guaranteed).
      
      
  39. If the Prize tour does not meet the minimum requirements for departure, Inspiring Vacations will offer alternative dates.
      
      
  40. The winner and their travel companion will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the detailed itinerary. This itinerary will be shared with the Winner upon acceptance of the prize. Transportation to and from the airport and to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, meals and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
      
      
  41. All communication regarding bookings made for your awarded tour will be sent via email. It will be the responsibility of the winner to notify us of any contact detail changes.
      
      
  42. Should you be forced to cancel your booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply and no credit or refund of the tour value or date change will be applicable.
      
      
  43. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
      
      Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:
      
      
      1. war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; 
      2. natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; 
      3. nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; 
      4. epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or 
      5. change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
         
         
  44. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
      
      
  45. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
      
      
  46. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Luggage
The luggage is based on a per person basis. 1 (One) piece of luggage will be provided per person on a valid order under the conditions below. 

1. The luggage item is the Oc2lite 55cm in black (or similar) from Samsonite Australia 

2. The luggage can be redeemed via a Samsonite portal.

3. Portal access will be provided 45 days after the conclusion of the campaign. 

4. Luggage will be shipped directly to the redeemer to the specified address. The offer is valid for metro shipping only. Rural shipping will incur an additional charge payable by the redeemer at the time of redemption direct to Samsonite. Some remote postcodes will be excluded from the offer and the luggage will not be available. 

5. A unique redemption code will be provided to receive the luggage. One code per suitcase. 

6. Luggage will be shipped directly to the redeemer to the specified address (unless the redeemer falls within an excluded postcode).

7. After redemption, all shipping and all inquiries relating to the luggage will be fulfilled by Samsonite including any applicable warranty period.

8. Inspiring Vacations accepts no liability for shipping logistics, lost items, shipping damage or any other liability related to the luggage item.

9. Inspiring Vacations accepts no liability for luggage colour selection availability, stock delays or substituted items due to changes in Samsonite inventory.

10. In order for the redemption code to be issued, the customers must not have cancelled their booking or have requested a cancellation during the redemption period.

11. First instalment must have been received by Inspiring Vacations. Payment is governed by our standard terms and conditions.

Lounge Pass

1. The lounge pass is provided by Plaza Premium Lounges Australia 

2. The offer includes 1 x 3hr lounge pass per person, valid for your selected departure airport from the airport list below. 

3. Lounge access is available only at Adelaide (ADL), Brisbane (BNE), Melbourne (MEL), Sydney (SYD) airports only. 

4. The lounge pass is provided is valid for the booked airport only, with a specific date of entry and valid for 3hr usage.

5. Customers will receive the Vouchers with their final documentation and must be presented upon entry.

Transfer

1. The transfer will be provided from your home address to one of the following airports. Adelaide (ADL), Brisbane (BNE), Melbourne (MEL), Sydney (SYD) or Perth (PER) airports only 

2. The bonus transfer will be valid up to a maximum of 50km radius from the airport. If exceeding this, the customer may pay the difference between the 50kms distance and their home address at the time of booking to redeem the transfer option. 

3. Some remote addresses may be excluded and the transfer will be forfeit. 

4. Transfers will be fulfilled closer to departure and cannot be booked until departure flight details have been provided to Inspiring Vacations. 

5. Transfers can be booked up to 21 days prior to departure and the time of booking will be controlled by Inspiring Vacations. 

6. Transfers will be provided by independent operators and the service delivered by a 3rd party. 

7. Inspiring Vacations accepts no liability for transfer delays, no shows, vehicle type, driver selection or missed flights due to actions outside of our control. 

8. It will be the customers responsibility to ensure they re-confirm their transfer and wait as instructed by the transfer company prior to collection.

Future travel credit 

1. The $250 future travel credit is valid for use on inspiringvacations.com only 

2. The credit will be applied in the currency made for your initial purpose. If purchasing via our international stores the future travel credit will be applied in that currency. 

3. The credit cannot be used for existing bookings and can only be applied to a future purchase. 

4. The credit cannot be used for the purchase of extras like insurance, optional tours or airfares.

5. The credit is valid for 12 months from the conclusion of the campaign. A booking must be made in this period. Travel can take place after the expiration date.

6. The credit will be supplied in the form of a coupon and is not convertible to cash, transferable or refundable in the event of cancellation.

Insurance

1. The 10% insurance discount is applicable for NIB Travel insurance only when booking through Inspiring Vacations

2. The 10% insurance discount will be applied at the time insurance is quoted.

3. Customers must enquire or select to enquire about insurance with Inspiring Vacations to avail of the discount. Reminders will be issued.

4. The discount applied to the trip selected during the promotion and not applicable for future bookings.

5. Inspiring Vacations is bound by the insurers terms and cannot be held responsible for insurance refusal. In the event of refusal the 10% will be forfeited.

General

1. Promotion is not transferable.

2. Promotion is not redeemable for cash or future credit.

3. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the bundle, or any of its components, in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations terms & conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.

4. Not combinable with any other offers or competition.

5. Standard Inspiring Vacations terms and conditions apply to all bookings.

6. Inspiring Vacations will not be liable for arrangements or expenses incurred outside of the package provided.

How to enter:

1. To enter, please complete the survey sent to registrants of The Greatest Travel Show in Melbourne who did not attend. The link to the survey can be found in the inbox of eligible recipients. 
2. The voucher is limited to one per person.

Conditions

All valid entries will receive a promo code giving an entitlement of $50 AUD off Inspiring Vacations tours applied to the total cost of the booking. Further details can be found below. Invalid entries determined by a manual inspection by the Inspiring Vacations marketing team will be ineligible for the promo code.

Conditions of use are subject to change at any time. 

All valid entries will receive their promo code by email within 3 business days after completing the survey. The promo code will be sent by email, using the email address provided with the entry. Voucher Details:

Prize Notification and Claim
