‘PAX to the MAX’ TRADE INCENTIVE FEBRUARY & MARCH 2026 Conditions of entry

General

  • Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
  • Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand Travel Agents who are residents only, who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).
  • Travel agents and employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion.
  • Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
  • The Promotion begins at 6:00am AEDT 1 February 2026, and ends 11:59pm AEDT 31 March 2026 (Promotional Period).   

Entry

  • To enter the competition trade agents must, during the Promotional Period, book as many travellers as possible on Inspiring Vacations tours. 
  • Entrants found to be entering multiple email addresses may have their entries invalidated.
  • Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Illegible, incomplete, incomprehensible, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, or otherwise, including those not received by the Promoter.
  • If you enter the Promotion but no longer wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au and you will be removed from the Promotion.
  • Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain an entrant’s responsibility and may vary.

Winner and Prize Details

  • This promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. To enter the competition trade agents must, during the Promotional Period, book as many travellers as possible on Inspiring Vacations tours. Each valid traveller on bookings must be confirmed and not cancelled or refunded prior to the prize draw to remain eligible. The winner will be awarded based on skill and merit.
  • The final winner with the most travellers booked on Inspiring Vacations tours will be awarded on 7 April 2026 at the Promoter’s premises, Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004, at 1:00pm AEST. In the event the winner is unable to redeem their prize, the runner up with the second most travellers booked in Inspiring Vacations tours during the promotional period will be deemed the winner.
  • The winner will be notified directly via the email provided within two (2) business days of judging and will be published on the promotional page.
  • The winner must accept the prize and advise on their preferred departure date by 9:00am AEST on 14 April 2026, and book their trip within 7 days of prize acceptance, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the runner up.
  • In the event the winner is unable to redeem their prize or does not meet the prize requirements, the runner up winner will be contacted and must accept the prize and advise on their preferred departure date by 9:00am AEST on 23 April 2026, and book their trip within 7 days of prize acceptance, or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will not be reselected.
  • Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded and the relevant prize will be re-awarded in accordance with these terms as if the discarded entry had not been received.

Prize Details: 

  • There are three (3) prizes to be won (Prizes). The three winners will each win a Prize which includes:
  • One (1) x Inspiring Vacations tour of their choice for one, with a private room.
  • Tour is provided as described on inspiringvacations.com, with all inclusions as noted at time of booking.
  • The winner will have the choice of three tour departure dates:
  • The Prize cannot be swapped or changed.
  • Total Prize is valued up to $9,389 AUD (including GST). The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. Winners may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash or to another person.
  • If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable or unable to meet the minimum departure requirements, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • In participating in the prizes, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Prize, including but not limited to being interviewed, videoed and photographed. The winner will provide the Promoter with a selection of minimum five (5) pieces of on-tour imagery and footage to be used for promotional purposes. The winners (and their companion) agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use winner’s commentary, video footage and photography in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companion) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  • Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
  • The Prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred and traveler details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
  • The Prize is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (bedding configuration is not guaranteed).
  • If the Prize tour does not meet the minimum requirements for departure, Inspiring Vacations will offer alternative dates.
  • The winner and their travel companion will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the detailed itinerary. This itinerary will be shared with the Winner upon acceptance of the prize. International flights, transportation to and from the airport and to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, meals and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
  • All communication regarding bookings made for your awarded tour will be sent via email. It will be the responsibility of the winner to notify us of any contact detail changes.
  • Should you be forced to cancel your booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply and no credit or refund of the tour value or date change will be applicable.
  • Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
  • Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:
  1. war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; 
  2. natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; 
  3. nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; 
  4. epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or 
  5. change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
  • The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
