Need-to-know information relating to payments and deadlines.
When are my payments due?
Payment terms are outlined in the Essential Information section of each deal page under 'Booking & Payment Terms' and are agreed upon at time of booking.
Some packages require full payment shortly after booking while others are able to be paid via an instalment plan. The timeline for payments will be available on the website when booking, or, will be outlined on your invoice, which you can access via your Traveller Hub at any time.
How will I know when my payment via bank transfer has been received?
When your payment has been reconciled against your booking, the lead traveller will receive an updated invoice. Alternatively, you can access your invoice via your Traveller Hub at any time.
To view your invoice, follow the below steps!
- Log into your account HERE and Click 'Account'
- On the left-hand side of your Traveller Hub, click 'My Bookings.' This will provide you with a full list of past, and present bookings.
- From here, click 'Manage' to view your booking details.
- At the bottom of the content, under your important booking information, you will have 'View invoice', Please click this invoice to see the total of funds paid and any outstanding amounts.
Important reminder when paying via bank transfer:
For online bank transactions, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your funds to be processed and allocated to your booking. It’s important to keep this timeframe in mind when making payments to prevent receiving an overdue reminder.
If you do not see your payment reflected in your account within 5 business days, please reach out to us at support@inspiringvacations.com and include a copy of your payment receipt.
Payment extensions
Payment deadlines for instalments and final balances are set according to the specific package you choose and are typically not adjustable. It is important to familiarize yourself with these deadlines prior to making your booking to ensure you can adhere to the payment schedule.
If you find yourself unable to make a payment by the specified due date, please reach out to us at support@inspiringvacations.com and include your booking number. We will provide you with the necessary assistance and guidance on the next steps.
Paying by Credit Card
When paying by Credit Card there are no surcharges on Deposit payments however there may be a credit card fee on instalment or final balance payments. The details of these will vary depending on the card type and are available via your invoice.
