Room Policy for Families with Children

We understand the unique requirements of families travelling with children. To ensure the safety and well-being of minors, and since we currently do not offer triple share rooms, we have established the following policy regarding room accommodations:

  • Any children under the age of 18 must share a room with a parent or legal guardian at all times. Any child under the age of 18 cannot occupy a room on their own.
  • Families with children who do not meet the minimum age requirement must book rooms accordingly. Options include booking a combination of twin and single rooms (with a single supplement cost) to accommodate both adults and children appropriately.
  • When making your booking, please ensure that the selected room configuration aligns with the legal age requirements for room occupancy.
  • If there is only one parent or guardian travelling with two or more children, I’m afraid we currently do not offer any bedding configuration options that are suitable (i.e. triple share).

This policy is designed to prioritise the safety and comfort of all travellers, especially minors, during their stay with us.
