We offer a number of different room configurations across our packages.
During the purchase path, you will be presented with the room configurations available for your selected package. If not presented with your preferred room configuration, our team are unable to request specific configurations.
Twin Share 
On all departures, travelers will have the option for twin-share accommodation. This means that two travelers will share a room and each will have their own separate bedding provided.
Double bedding 
All departures provide double bedding options where two travelers share a room and sleep in the same bed. The bed offered could be a double, queen, or king, depending on the hotel and availability.
Shared room - Travelling with a friend or family member
If travelling together with a friend, you and your friend can create a unique booking. Creating a unique booking, gives each of you the flexibility of making different travel arrangements (such adding extra accommodation, flights, etc), make separate payments and have individual access to our Traveller Hub
During the purchase path, you will need to provide your friend’s booking ID (if known) or at a minimum, your friend’s full name.
Shared room / Twin Share - Solo Travellers
Solo travelers have the following options available when making a booking for our trips:
Option 1 - Single Supplement 
By paying an additional fee, you guarantee the privacy of your own room throughout the entire trip.
Option 2 - Share a room with a fellow traveller
Some trips offer the option to share a room with a fellow traveller of the same gender – as specified in your passport.
If you believe you may prevent your travelling companion from enjoying a peaceful night’s rest, please refrain from selecting this option. You will meet your rooming companion at the beginning of your trip.
Changes to room configuration during the trip must be organised by travellers directly with the hotel, subject to availability and additional charges.
This option is not available on additional accommodation booked before or after the tour. If you decide to extend your stay, please note that shared accommodation will not be available, and full night rates will be applicable.
Triple-share room configurations
At this time we are unable to provide triple-share room configurations. We ask that you purchase a twin or double room along with a shared room. Travellers will then have the option of sharing with a travel companion of the same sex, or pay the single supplement and have their own room. Please note, the option to share with another traveller, may not be available for your selected package.
