Seating and Seat Requests

Airlines today often have dynamic pricing models associated to seat selection.  We will always book travellers from one booking in the airline systems so it is clear that they are travelling together, but this does not always guarantee airline seat assignments together until either specific seats are selected online or until checked in.

Once your e-tickets are issued, you have the option to request specific seats for your flights. After you receive your e-tickets, you can visit the airline's website and pick your preferred seating.

Please note that airline charges for seat selection may apply and are not part of your included flight and tour package.  If you need assistance with booking seats, our team can be contacted and will assist for a nominal administration fee ($15 per person) flights@inspiringvacations.com

Please note that some tickets for flights that form part of the tour itinerary its self, may be provided to you on tour and may not allow seat selection ahead of travel.  These tickets will require seating to be arranged at check-in.
