Submitting passport details

To ensure smooth travel arrangements, we require all travellers to submit their passport details no later than 90 days prior to departure.

For certain travel packages, a scanned copy of your passport may also be requested. This will only apply when necessary and you will be notified if it’s required.

Please ensure that all personal information provided matches exactly with the details on your passport. Discrepancies may result in additional charges to amend your booking or, in some cases, impact your ability to travel.

If you have recently applied for or renewed your passport, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your information in the Traveller Hub.

 

How to submit your details?

  1. Log into your Traveller Hub account 
  2. On the left hand navigation bar, select 'My Bookings' 
  3. Locate  your booking
  4. Select 'Manage'
  5. Here you will be provided with an overview of all your booking details. Across from Primary Passenger, please select 'Passport details' 
  6. Enter and submit all required details as requested.
