For all international travel, we require each traveler's passport information to be submitted no later than 90 days before your departure.
Additionally, for some packages, a copy of your passport may also be requested, but this will only occur when applicable.
It is essential that the personal details you provide match those on your passport. If there is a discrepancy, additional charges may be incurred to amend your booking, or it may affect your ability to travel.
If you have recently applied for or renewed your passport, please contact us to update your passport details in the Traveller Hub so you can enter the new information.
How to submit your details?
- Log into your Traveller Hub account
- On the left hand navigation bar, select 'My Bookings'
- Locate your booking
- Select 'Manage'
- Here you will be provided with an overview of all your booking details. Across from Primary Passenger, please select 'Passport details'
- Enter and submit all required details as requested.
