A prize will be awarded each day of The Greatest Travel Show during the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.
How to enter
To enter, you must:

Attend The Greatest Travel Show in person and register at the sign-in desk

Make a booking at the event, with a minimum deposit of $99 per person
Only valid bookings made on the day at the event are eligible.
Eligibility

Entry is open to event attendees who meet the entry conditions and reside in eligible states/territories.

Where the total prize value for the event exceeds $2,999, residents of the ACT are not eligible.

Entrants must be over 18.
-
Travel agents, employees, contractors of Inspiring Vacations, and their immediate family members are not eligible.
Prize details
Winners will receive an Inspiring Vacations voucher to use toward their booking made at the event. The voucher value will be as advertised on the day of the event.
Vouchers are:

Issued in the local currency of the event
-
Applied to the remaining balance of the tour booked at the event
-
Non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
-
Valid only on Inspiring Vacations tours (including tours with included flights)
-
Not valid for standalone flight bookings or in conjunction with other promotions or discounts
- Voucher does not apply to additional items including, but not limited to, tours, pre-and post-tour accommodation, upgrades, and optional tours.
- This offer cannot be combined with any Travelzoo products
- Not valid for bookings made with Cruises by Inspiring Vacations
Prize draw and notification

Winners will be randomly drawn at the end of each event day.

Draw will take place at the event venue.

Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided within 12 hours.

Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize and agree to the terms when called.
If the winner does not respond in time or has supplied an invalid phone number, the prize will be forfeited and no redraw will take place.
Claiming and using the prize

Vouchers will be issued once eligibility is confirmed, and the 7-day cooling-off period has passed.

Winners must call Inspiring Vacations to apply the voucher to their booking.
-
Once issued, the full value of the voucher becomes the responsibility of the winner.
Additional terms

If the initial booking used to enter the competition is cancelled within the 7-day cooling-off period, the competition entry is void.

All bookings are subject to Inspiring Vacations’ standard Terms & Conditions.

If the selected tour or departure is cancelled by Inspiring Vacations, the prize is forfeited and not transferable.

Winners are responsible for additional costs not included in the itinerary (e.g. flights to the starting point, optional extras, meals not included).

All tour communication and booking confirmations will be sent via email. It's the winner’s responsibility to update contact details if needed.
Force majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disaster, pandemic, civil unrest, government restrictions), Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize without compensation or deferral. See our website for full Force Majeure clause.

Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Inspiring Vacations’ Privacy Policy.
Acceptance

The Greatest Travel Show Feedback Survey Voucher
Overview
A voucher will be offered to eligible customers who complete the post-event feedback survey within one (1) week of receiving the invitation email. The voucher value will depend on the level of completion within the survey ($50 or $150).

Entrants must be over 18 years of age

Voucher value will be determined by how far the recipient progresses through the survey

Voucher must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of the event

Vouchers must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added to an existing booking
