The Greatest Travel Show Self-Check In Prize
One door prize will be offered each day, of every day of The Greatest Travel Show. There will be a total of 8 prizes drawn. Competition period for each prize is as follows:
- Sydney - Saturday, 21st & Sunday, 22nd October 2023, 9am - 5pm
- Newcastle - Saturday, 29th October 2023, 9am - 5pm
- Brisbane - Saturday, 4th & Sunday, 5th November 2023, 9am - 5pm
- Melbourne - Saturday, 18th & Sunday, 19th November 2023, 9am - 5pm
- Adelaide - Saturday, 25th November 2023, 9am - 5pm
Method of Entry
To enter, each entrant much scan the self-check in QR code and complete the self-check in form prior to entering the event, within the competition period as outlined above. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open only to attendees of the event, who register their attendance at the sign in desk via the self-check in QR code. Entrants must satisfy the method of entry as outlined above and reside in one of the eligible states/territories. Residents of ACT are excluded.
Winners must be over the age of 18. Travel agents are not eligible. Employees, contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible.
Prize Details
(8) x $100 Electronic Visa Gift Card.
This will be awarded electronically to the winner via the email provided in their self-check in form.
Cash may not be awarded in lieu of the voucher and the voucher is strictly non-transferable.
Prize and details are subject to change at any time.
Prize Notification and Claim
Winners will be notified via the email provided within 48 hours of the prize draw. This initial email communication will ask for their official acceptance of the prize and all Terms and Conditions.
If a winner is drawn and they do not respond with their acceptance of the prize within 48 hours of the email being sent, a new winner may be drawn at the discretion of Inspiring Vacations. If a runner-up winner is drawn and they do not respond within 48 hours of the email being sent the prize will be forfeited. If the entrant has provided an incorrect email address, Inspiring Vacations cannot be held responsible as a consequence if the prize is ultimately redrawn.
Only one redraw will occur. If both winners fail to accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited.
The electronic Visa gift card will be awarded to the winner after their eligibility has been confirmed and the prize has been officially accepted.
Prize draw
Winners of each prize will be electronically drawn within 5 business days after the closing of each individual day of the events, as outlined above.
One redrawn winner will also be electronically drawn 5 business days after the closing of each individual day of the events.
Other Terms and Conditions
- This is a game of chance. The winner will be randomly drawn from the list of entrants.
- Entry into this competition is deemed to be in acceptance of these conditions. Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
- Once awarded, the electronic Visa gift card and its full value become the responsibility of the winner. Should you misplace the Visa gift card or diminish the balance due to user error, no refund or replacement will be applicable.
- The prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
