Travelling with Medication

Restrictions may apply to medication you wish to use overseas.  Some medication could even be illegal in your destination.

For this reason, we strongly recommend reviewing your destination country's travel advisories for relevant information or contact the relevant consulate or embassy. These resources offer valuable insights into entry requirements, safety and security, and health-related guidance.  Please note this information can change and for this reason it is your personal responsibility to ensure you are compliant with the destination requirements.

Commonly restricted drugs (prescription and otherwise) include:

- amphetamines, such as ADHD medications
- medical marijuana/cannabis
- opioid-based painkillers, such as codeine
- medication containing pseudoephedrine, such as cold and flu tablets
- sleeping pills
- anti-anxiety and antidepressant medications.

This list is not exhaustive, or destination specific so it is vital you do your own review to ensure your medication is legal in the destination you are visiting.
