Bonus Velocity Points Offer FAQs

What is the Bonus Velocity Points offer and how many Velocity Points can I earn?

Eligible customers can earn up to 3,000 bonus Velocity Points by linking their Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number to their Inspiring Vacations account, opting in to receive Inspiring Vacations marketing communications.

The Bonus Velocity Points are awarded as follows:

  • 1,000 Velocity Points, 30 days after linking your accounts, and 
  • An additional 500 Velocity Points at 90, 180, 270 and 365 days after linking your account (500 Points at each 90, 180, 270 and 365 day interval, provided your accounts remain linked and you remain opted into Inspiring Vacations marketing), totalling up to 2,000 additional Velocity Points. 

You must keep your accounts linked, remain opted in to Inspiring Vacations marketing for the full 12 month period and have selected at least one email category to receive the total 3,000 bonus Velocity Points.

Who is eligible for the Bonus Velocity Points offer and when is it available?

This offer is available to Velocity Members who link their Inspiring Vacations and Velocity accounts between 14 April 2026 (5PM AEST) and 09 June 2026.

Eligibility for bonus points is limited to Inspiring Vacations Australian store customers only.

The offer can only be earned once per Velocity Member

To be eligible, you must:

  • link your Velocity account with your Inspiring Vacations account (either new or existing), and 
  • opt in and remain opted in to Inspiring Vacations marketing and remain opted in by visiting here
  • selecting one or more Inspiring Vacations “Marketing” email preference categories here.
    the available categories options are Events, Inspiring Content, New Releases, Cruise and Promotions. You will need to select a minimum of one category to qualify for the Launch Offer. 
  • obtain a direct Inspiring Vacations customer account, as this offer is not available to registered travel agent accounts.

How do I link my accounts?

  1. Log in to your Inspiring Vacations account here 
  2. Navigate to your Account and the Manage Profile section.
  3. Go to the Linked Accounts section at the top of the page.
  4. Enter your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number in the field provided.
  5. Ensure your First Name and Last Name match your passport/birth certificate and your Velocity account.
  6. Select Validate and Save 

Once linked, your Velocity number will be associated with your Inspiring Vacations profile, making you eligible to earn points on future bookings and qualify for the linking bonus.

Note: Linking your Velocity account to a booking only (via Manage Booking) does not qualify you for the sign-up bonus. The link must be made at the profile level.

If you don’t already have an Inspiring Vacations account, you can create a new Inspiring Vacations Account and link your Velocity Account by following the steps below:

  • Click here to create your account
  • Enter email address, name and a password, or continue with Google or Facebook Account and follow the steps above.

How to opt in to Inspiring Vacations marketing: 

  1. Navigate to your Inspiring Vacations profile here
  2. Go to the Marketing Preferences section and select ‘Manage Preferences’
  3. Select at least one of the subscription categories labelled as “Marketing”. Marketing categories include Events, Inspiring Content, New Releases, Cruise and Promotions. 
  4. Save your marketing category preferences.

What else should I know about the Bonus Velocity Points offer?

  • Staying opted in to Inspiring Vacations marketing communications is required to continue receiving staged Velocity Points bonuses (at 90, 180, 270, and 365 days after linking). If you opt out at any stage, points will not be awarded.

The offer may be varied or withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Inspiring Vacations or Velocity.
