How To Access Your Documents Before Travelling

 

Travel documents such as tour itinerary, hotel details and flight E-Tickets (if applicable), will be issued approximately 14-30 days prior to travel and can be downloaded in your Traveller Hub account.

To allocate your itinerary, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Inspiring Vacations account

2. Click Account followed by My Bookings

3. Select Manage against the associated booking

4. Where you see your tour name, please click on this, and you will be directed to the package you have purchased. If your documents have been issued, you can click the download documents button to access them. 

If your travel documents have not been issued, this option will not be available. However, you can access a draft itinerary for your trip via our website. Simply click on the name of the tour you have booked, which will be purple and underlined, and this will take you to the relevant page. 


How To Access Your Documents While Travelling



Please note that once you have started your tour, your booking will change and be classified as a 'previous' booking. The process to locate this is the same as before departure; go to your 'Account' and click 'My Bookings' and it will now sit under the heading 'Previous'.

 

Click the view button to bring up your trip and locate the travel documents button to view your trip itinerary.
