Where to find your travel documents

Travel documents such as tour itinerary, hotel details and flights if applicable, will be issued approximately 14-30 days prior to travel and downloadable in your Traveler Hub account.

In the meantime, you can view a standard tour itinerary via your Traveller Hub. 

To allocate your itinerary, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your Inspiring Vacations account

2. Click Account followed by My Bookings

3. Select Manage against the associated booking

4. To the right of the package name, you there is the option to Download Itinerary. Please click on this to download the tour itinerary
