      General

      1. Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry, and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
      2. Entry is open to U.S. residents only who are registered travel agents. Entrants must be over 18 years of age as of the date of entry.
      3. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
      4. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice.

      Promotion Period

      1. The Promotion begins at 12:01 am EST on February 14, 2025, and ends at 11:59 pm EST on April 2, 2025 (Promotional Period).

      Entry

      1. To enter the competition, Entrants must:
        • Subscribe via the official entry form during the Promotional Period.
        • Be a registered travel agent.
      2. One entry per person.
      3. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission.
      4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, claims, or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, or otherwise, including those entries not received by the Promoter.
      5. If you enter the Promotion but no longer wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au to be removed.
      6. By entering, Entrants agree to be subscribed to Inspiring Vacations' marketing updates and communications. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time.

      Winner & Prize Details

      1. This is a game of chance.
      2. The winner will be drawn at 11:00 am EST on April 4, 2025. The draw will be conducted electronically at the Promoter’s premises.
      3. The winner will be notified directly via email within two (2) business days of the prize draw and will also be announced on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page.
      4. The winner must accept the prize within five (5) business days of notification, or the prize will be forfeited, and a replacement winner will be drawn.
      5. A replacement winner, if necessary, will be notified within two (2) business days of the redraw.

      Prize Details

      1. The prize is a USD$2,000 travel voucher that can be used toward any published tour on the Inspiring Vacations website at www.inspiringvacations.com/us.
      2. The voucher applies to the land-only portion of a tour; flights are not included.
      3. No blackout dates apply.
      4. If the selected tour exceeds $2,000, the winner will be responsible for paying the nett difference.
      5. The voucher must be redeemed by June 30, 2025, for travel anytime.
      6. The prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter.
      7. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

      Other Terms & Conditions

      1. Any booking made using the voucher will adhere to the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions as posted on the website.
      2. Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to departure date or traveller details can be made.
      3. If the winner is unable to travel or cancels their booking, the prize will be forfeited.
      4. The winner will be responsible for any additional costs that are not covered by the voucher, including but not limited to:
      • Travel insurance
      • Optional excursions
      • Meals not included in the tour package
      • Any other personal expenses
      1. All communication regarding bookings made for the awarded tour will be sent via email. It is the responsibility of the winner to notify the Promoter of any contact detail changes.

      Force Majeure

      1. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking, or compensation will be available.
      2. Force majeure means the occurrence of an event beyond Inspiring Vacations' reasonable control, including but not limited to:
      • War, armed conflict, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, or threats of such acts.
      • Natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, landslides, adverse weather conditions, or high/low water levels.
      • Nuclear or industrial accidents causing environmental contamination.
      • Epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants.
      • Changes in law or government-imposed travel restrictions.

      Privacy & Legal

      1. The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
      2. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communication network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may at its discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
      3. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
      The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant claiming to be a winner cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or is found to have breached these Terms and Conditions.
