General

  • Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
  • Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents, who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).
  • Travel agents and employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion.
  • Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
  • The Promotion begins at 6:00am AEST 5 May 2026, and ends 11:59pm AEST 9 June 2026 (Promotional Period).

 

 

Entry

  • To enter the competition, participants must register to attend the South America live online event on 9 June 2026 at 11:00 AM AEST, be subscribed to the Inspiring Vacations email database, attend the South America Live Online Event, remain present during the live event, and answer the qualifying question posed by the webinar host. Answers must be 25 words or less.
  • Entries exceeding 25 words may be deemed invalid.
  • Entrants must be present during the live webinar at the time the qualifying question is asked and submitted.
  • The winner must accept their prize and book their South America trip by 6:00pm AEST on 16 June 2026.
  • This promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
  • The winning entry will be determined by a panel appointed by the Promoter based on creativity, originality and relevance to the qualifying question.
  • The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the judging outcome.
  • The winner will be announced during the live online event on 9 June 2026 at the Promoter’s premises, Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses may be deemed invalid.
  • Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Illegible, incomplete, incomprehensible, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected entries, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, or otherwise, including those not received by the Promoter
  • If you enter the Promotion but no longer wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au and you will be removed from the Promotion
  • Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain an entrant’s responsibility and may vary

 

Winner and Prize Details

  • The winner will be contacted using the email address registered for the webinar.
  • Prize must be used in conjunction with travel on an eligible Inspiring Vacations South America tour departing within the published travel dates available at the time of booking.
  • The winner’s prize is only redeemable on new South America bookings with a minimum booking value of AUD$15,000 per booking excluding the prize, booked within 7 days of attending the webinar
  • The winner must accept their prize and book their eligible South America tour by 6:00pm AEST on 16 June 2026, or the prize will be forfeited.
  • This offer cannot be combined with any Travelzoo products or Fly Stay Cruise packages
  • Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded and the relevant prize will not be re-awarded in accordance with these terms

Prize Details:

  • This prize is only applicable for use on a new South America tour booking
  • There is one (1) prize to be won (Prize), comprised of:
  • Up to two (2) return international economy-class airfares, inclusive of airline taxes and charges, up to the maximum Prize value; to South America, departing from one of the select departure cities: Melbourne (MEL), Sydney (SYD), Brisbane (BNE), Perth (PER), or Auckland (AKL)
  • The Winner and their companion must depart from and return to the same Australian or New Zealand domestic international airport
  • The Winner and their travel companion must travel together.
  • The travel companion must be aged 18 years or over and comply with all applicable booking and travel requirements.
  • Any upgrades, stopovers, extensions, or itinerary changes will incur additional costs and will be quoted separately by the Inspiring Vacations Flights Team
  • Flights will be booked with the best available airline/s with luggage included. Further details on flight booking conditions can be found here
  • If the winner chooses to redeem their prize on a single traveller basis, the second return international airfare will be forfeited and not substituted, swapped or changed
  • If the winner chooses to cancel or change their Inspiring Vacations South America trip, the prize will be forfeited
  • Ticket(s) will be issued along with final tour documentation approximately 30 days prior to departure
  • The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • The maximum Prize value is AUD$2,500 per person (including GST), up to a total maximum value of AUD$5,000.
  • The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. Winners may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash or to another person
  • If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable or unable to meet the minimum departure requirements, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • Any airfare costs exceeding the maximum Prize value are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
  • Traveller details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
  • The winner will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the detailed prize. The tour, transportation to and from the airport and to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, meals and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
  • The winner and their travel companion are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas and any other travel documentation required for travel.
  • Travel insurance is not included in the Prize and is strongly recommended.
  • The winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activity relating to the Promotion, including the use of their first name, state/country of residence and winning entry without additional compensation.
  • All communication regarding bookings made for your awarded flights will be sent via email. It will be the responsibility of the winner to notify us of any contact detail changes
  • Should you be forced to cancel your booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply and no credit or refund of the prize or prize value will be applicable
  • Should the booking be cancelled, suspended or anything else, the prize will not apply and will be forfeited
  • Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available
  • Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacations’ reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:
  1. war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts;
  2. natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels;
  3. nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination;
  4. epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or
  5. change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments
  • The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
  • The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winning entry from the remaining eligible entries should the original winning entry be deemed invalid or unable to satisfy these Conditions of Entry.
  • If the winner does not accept the Prize and complete an eligible booking by 6:00pm AEST on 16 June 2026, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may award the Prize to an alternative eligible entry.
