Best Price Guarantee (BPG) Terms and Conditions - January 2026

Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  1. The Best Price Guarantee (BPG) begins on Friday, 23 January, 2026.
  2. This offer is valid on new bookings only, made through the Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and India Inspiring Vacations stores.
  3. The Best Price Guarantee applies from the time of booking until 120 days before your departure date. If the tour price of the exact same itinerary and departure date is reduced during this period, we will match the new price.
  4. Inspiring Vacations will honour the lower price by adjusting the invoice for any outstanding balance or issuing a refund for the difference if the booking has been paid in full.
  5. Any reduced price found must be publicly available and published on the Inspiring Vacations website, and the BPG is not applicable to pricing found on third-party websites or travel agencies.
  6. This offer applies only to the identical tour (including itinerary, departure date, number of guests, and inclusions). This must be the same tour page URL, with the same product ID.
  7. Reductions apply only to the Inspiring Vacations tour portion and do not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, single supplement, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international airfare add-ons or offers, and group bookings.
  8. Lower price must still be available and bookable at time of verification.
  9. Simply complete the claim form HERE, including your booking details and a screen capture of the reduced price, ensuring date and time are clearly visible in your screen capture. We will review your information and confirm the application of the BPG via email within five business days.
  10. The minimum deposit required under our current Terms & Conditions must be made to qualify for the BPG.
  11. Applies only to bookings made on the Inspiring Vacations website or with an Inspiring Vacations Sales Consultant (not third party websites). 
  12. Guests must request the BPG refund or adjustment through the formal Best Price Guarantee submission process. Bookings not in compliance with our Terms & Conditions will not be eligible.
  13. Any applicable refund will be processed within 60 days of request.
  14. The following pricing and promotions are excluded from this offer: pricing within 120 days of departure date, private group pricing, subscriber welcome offers, Tailormade, Travelzoo or other third-party promotions, flash sales, Fly Stay Cruise packages, Cruises by Inspiring Vacations, third-party promotions where an agent is packaging Inspiring Vacations touring product as part of an overall itinerary, third-party travel agent promotions, and loyalty offers.
  15. The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to pricing errors, system errors, or technical glitches.
  16. If your booking is cancelled for any reason, standard cancellation policy applies. 
  17. The BPG is not available on https://cruises.inspiringvacations.com 
  18. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to limit, change, or discontinue the BPG at any time without notice.
