Best Price Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. The Best Price Guarantee (BPG) begins on Friday 23 January, 2026.
2. This offer is valid on new bookings only, made through the Australia, New Zealand, United States or India Inspiring Vacations stores.
3. The BPG applies within 60 days AFTER the booking is made, until 120 days before departure date. Where the price for the exact same itinerary and exact same departure date is reduced within 60 days from the time of booking, we will match the new price. 
4. Inspiring Vacations will honour the lower price by adjusting the invoice for any outstanding balance or issuing a refund for the difference if the booking has been paid in full.
5. Claims for BPG can be made through email at support@inspiringvacations.com.
6. Simply provide a full screen capture of the new pricing, ensuring the date and time are clearly visible in your screen capture, as well as your invoice amount to Inspiring Vacations via support@inspiringvacations.com. We will review your information and confirm the application of the BPG within 5 days.
7. The BPG doesn’t apply to holds or quotes. The minimum deposit required under our current Terms & Conditions must be made to qualify for the BPG.
8. Applies only to bookings made on the Inspiring Vacations website or with an Inspiring Vacations Sales Consultant (not third party websites). Any reduced price found within the 60 days of booking must have been published on the Inspiring Vacations website and the BPG is not applicable to pricing found on 3rd party websites or travel agencies.
9. Guests must request the BPG refund through the formal submission process within 60 days after the booking is made. Requests after 60 days of booking,  or bookings not in compliance with our Terms & Conditions, will not be eligible.
10. Any applicable refund will be processed within 60 days of request.
11. This offer applies only to the identical tour (including itinerary, departure date, number of guests, and inclusions).
12. Reductions apply only to the Inspiring Vacations tour code elements and do not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international airfare add-ons, arrival and departure packages and group bookings.
13. The BPG also applies to bookings made with future travel and/vouchers.
14. The following pricing and promotions are excluded from this offer: pricing within 120 days of scheduled departure, group pricing, subscriber welcome offers, Tailormade, Travelzoo or other third-party promotions, flash sales, Cruises by Inspiring Vacations, third-party promotions where an agent is packaging Inspiring Vacations touring product as part of an overall itinerary, third-party travel agent promotions, special pricing or loyalty offers.
15. The BPG is not available on https://cruises.inspiringvacations.com 
16. Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to limit, change, or discontinue the BPG at any time without notice.
