  • “Flights Sorted”: Flights booked through Inspiring Vacations, up to a maximum value of $3,600pp

    • The “Flights Sorted” will offer flights booked through Inspiring Vacations, up to a maximum value of $3,600 per person (pp). Airline booked will be at the discretion of Inspiring Vacations.
    • To be eligible for the flight credit, flights must depart from and return to New Zealand and match the routing of your itinerary.
    • After your booking is confirmed, you’ll be asked to complete a Flight Preference Form. This lets you state your preferred departure city, airline, cabin class (e.g. Business class), travel dates and any stopover requests. The Flights Team will use this information to prepare your flight quote.
    • Airlines used for this promotion include, but may not be limited to:
      • Air Canada
      • Emirates
      • Finnair
      • LATAM
      • Malaysia Airlines
      • Qatar
      • Singapore Airlines
    • Our Flights Team will contact travellers in order of departure date, so those travelling soonest are contacted first. If your departure is further away, you may not hear from us immediately.
    • If the selected flights cost more than $3,600pp, guests must pay the difference, which will be quoted to passengers via our flight team.
    • The $3,600pp value is a maximum promotional value only. It does not guarantee that eligible flights will cost $3,600pp, nor does it entitle guests to a cash payment, refund or credit for any unused value.
    • If the selected flights cost less than $3,600pp, any unused value is forfeited. It cannot be applied to any other part of the booking or transferred to another person or booking.
    • Once flights are ticketed and confirmed, any change or cancellation will incur the airline’s standard change and cancellation fees.
    • Airline schedules may change without notice. Inspiring Vacations is not liable for any additional costs caused by airline schedule changes before or after ticketing.
    • The flight value is redeemed via the Flight Team at Inspiring Vacations. It cannot be converted to cash or transferred, and it is not refundable if the booking is cancelled, the tour is suspended or a force majeure event occurs.
    • The flight credit is valid until 21 March 2028 and can only be used on flights for the tour booked under this promotion.
