General
Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.

Entry is open to Australia and New Zealand residents only, who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).

Travel agents and employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion.

Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.

The Promotion begins at 12:00am on Thurs 25 September 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on Thurs 2 October 2025 (Promotional Period).

Entry
To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, place an Inspiring Vacations tour booking. Each valid booking must be confirmed and not cancelled or refunded prior to the prize draw to remain eligible.

Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Illegible, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, or corrupted entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical disruptions or other reasons beyond its control.

If you make a booking during the Promotion, but do not wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au and you will be removed from the Promotion.

Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain the responsibility of the Entrant.

This promotion is available for bookings made by travel agents and will be awarded to the end customer, for their redemption only.

Winner and Prize Details

This is a game of chance. Each eligible entry will be placed into the draw, and winners will be electronically drawn at random.

The daily prize draw will take place at 9:00am AEST each day of the promotional period, at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004.

A daily winner will be drawn, seven winners in total, each receiving $1,000 off their booking in the currency their booking was made in. The winners will be the first entries drawn from the pool of daily booking entries.

Winners will be notified via the phone number associated with the booking by end of day of their applicable draw and published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page.

Each winner must accept their prize by 4.30pm AEST on the day of their prize draw. If a winner fails to do so, their prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected.

One (1) replacement winners will be drawn daily at the same time and location as the original draw, in case the original winner is deemed invalid or do not accept the prize. Replacement winners will be contacted in order as required.

Once a booking is confirmed, no changes to the departure date or traveller details can be made.

Prize Details:

There is one (1) daily prize to be won. 

  • The drawn entry, as electronically drawn, will win the Prize which includes:
  • $1,000 off their Inspiring Vacations booking, in currency the booking was made in
  • Total Prize is valued up to $1,000. The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Prize.
  • The Prize will be applied to existing booking, and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion
  • Once the trip booking is confirmed, no changes to the departure date or traveller details can be made.
  • If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses, upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
  • In accepting and participating in the Prize, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Prize, including but not limited to being interviewed, videoed and photographed. The winners (and their companion, if applicable) agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use winner’s commentary, video footage and photography in all media worldwide, including online social networking sites, and the winners (and their companion, if applicable) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
  • Any booking made will henceforth adhere to all Terms & Conditions posted to the Inspiring Vacations website.
  • The Prize strictly cannot be exchanged or transferred and traveller details cannot be amended once the booking is confirmed.
  • Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
  • The winner will be responsible for any additional costs that are not identified in the inclusions section of the detailed itinerary. Transportation to and from the airport and to the itinerary starting point, any optional upgrades, meals and other excluded expenses are payable by the prize winner.
  • Should the Winner be forced to cancel the booking for whatever reason, standard terms and conditions will apply and no credit or refund of the $1,000 will be applicable.
  • Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
  • Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:
    • war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; 
    • natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; 
    • nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; 
    • epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or 
    • change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
  • The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
  • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
