      General

      • Information on how to enter this Promotion, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry to this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each Entrant.
      • Entry is open to United States of America residents only (excluding Rhode Island, Tennessee and Alaska), who satisfy the below clauses to entry. Entrants must be over the age of 18 as of the date of entry (Entrants).
      • Employees or contractors working for or with Inspiring Vacations and their direct family members are not eligible for the Promotion.
      • Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd (ABN 22 623 610 711) of Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 is the Promoter and reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without notice, subject to state regulatory approval.
      • The Promotion begins at 12:00am PST December 4, 2024 and ends 11:59pm PDT December 11, 2024 (Promotional Period).   

      Entry

      • To enter the competition, Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, visit the Inspiring Vacations promotional page and complete the online entry form, including their first name, last name, email address, and subscribing to receive promotional emails from Inspiring Vacations.
      • Entrants must be Travel Advisors.
      • Entrants found to be entering multiple email addresses may have their entries invalidated. Entries are limited to one per person.
      • No purchase is necessary to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
      • Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered by the Promoter. Illegible, incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter.
      • If you enter the Promotion but no longer wish to participate, please email marketing@inspiringgroup.com.au and you will be removed from the Promotion.
      • Costs associated with entering the Promotion remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary.

      Winner and Prize Details:

      • This is a game of chance; each eligible entry will be placed into the draw with winners electronically drawn at random.
      • The winners will be the first three valid entries electronically drawn from the Prize Draw, which will be conducted on December 13, 2024 at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00pm AEDT
      • The winners will be notified directly via the email provided within two (2) business days of the prize draw and will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page.
      • The winners must accept the Prize by 9:00am AEDT December 18, 2024, or the Prize will be forfeited by the Winner and a replacement winner will be drawn. Four replacement winners will also be electronically drawn on the original draw date at the Promoter’s premises at Level 2, 420 St Kilda Rd, Melbourne, Victoria 3004 at 1:00pm AEDT, in the circumstance any of the first valid entries drawn are deemed to be invalid or fail to accept the prize. Each replacement winner will be ordered based on the order they were drawn.
      • A replacement winner, if any, will be notified directly via email or phone within two (2) business days of the decision being made. The name of the replacement winner will be published on the Inspiring Vacations promotional page.
      • Entries not fully complying with these Conditions of Entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion. If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, the entry will be discarded and the relevant Prize will be re-awarded in accordance with the relevant clause of these Conditions of Entry as if the discarded entry had not been received.
      • Once the booking is confirmed, no changes to the departure date or traveller details can be made.  

      Prize Details:

      • There are three (3) winners to be drawn, each receiving one of three prizes to be won (Prize). The drawn entry, as electronically drawn, will win the Prize which includes:
      • One Mastercard gift card, for $500 USD.
      • Prize will be sent to Winner within 30 days of promoting ending.
      • Total Prize Pool is valued at $1500 USD. 
      • The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Promoter. A Winner may not substitute, assign, exchange, transfer or redeem the Prize for cash. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Prize.
      • If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a Prize to the equal value and/or specification.

      Other Terms and Conditions:

      • Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
      • Inspiring Vacations reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the Inspiring Vacations Terms & Conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
      • Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Inspiring Vacation’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Inspiring Vacations, which includes, but is not limited to:
        • war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; 
        • natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; 
        • nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; 
        • epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or 
        • change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
      • The collection and disclosure of personal information provided in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
      • If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
      • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
      • The promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw if an entrant, claiming to be a winner, cannot satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions.
