General questions and answers to assist you with your Inspiring Vacations credit.

How do I make a new booking with my credit?

All bookings utilizing your credit must be completed online.

When you're ready to make a booking, please follow these steps:

If you are already logged into your account, click on 'Account' located on the main navigation bar at the top right corner of the screen. For tablet or mobile users, this can be accessed through the user icon in the same position.

If you are not logged in,  please click HERE.

Find your preferred tour and available departure date and follow the Book Now prompts on the product page.

At the check out, please select Account Balance as the payment method. This will redeem your credit to your new booking without requiring a voucher code. Please note, the full credit applicable will apply to your booking once it has been processed. Any excess credit will remain in your account. 

Who is the credit issued to?

The credit will be issued to the account holder on the original booking. The credit cannot be issued per passenger on the booking.  

How much credit do I have?

You must be logged into your account to view your available credit.  

Once logged in, click 'Account' and your credit will be on the left-hand side of your profile. 

 

When does my credit expire? 

The terms associated with your credit will be provided at the time it is issued. To view the details of your credit, including its value and any usage history, simply click on your credit amount. If you are uncertain about the expiry date or cannot find the information you need, please click on 'Support' to reach out to our team for assistance.

 

Can I use my credit for items other than Tours? 

The terms associated with your credit will be communicated to you at the time it is issued. You can use your credit towards Inspiring Vacations Tours and additional options, such as optional tours or pre/post accommodation. However, please note that credits cannot be applied to flight purchases made through the flight booking portal or for cruise-only products.

 

Do I need to rebook the same tour with my credit?

Inspiring Vacations is committed to providing you with maximum flexibility regarding your credit. You are not required to book the same tour, destination, or operator as your previous reservation, unless stated otherwise. Instead, you have the freedom to select any available tour from our website, subject to availability. To explore your options and check available dates, simply log into your account.

How do I know what dates and departures I can book using my credit?

To determine availability and dates, please log into your account. All available dates will be provided along with the package information.

 

What if the new tour is cheaper than my previous booking?

No refund will be provided on the remaining credit. This credit can be used towards add-ons which can be purchased via our website or an additional tour. 

 

What happens after I redeem my credit?

After you redeem your credit, your booking will proceed through our standard fulfillment process. You will need to fill out the Traveller Booking Form following your tour purchase. If you have any special requests, please specify them in the designated section provided.
