General questions and answers to assist you with your Inspiring Vacations credit.
How do I make a new booking with my credit?
All bookings using your credit must be made online.
When you are ready to book, please follow the below steps:
If you are already logged in, simply click on 'Account' on the main navigation bar at the top right hand of the screen. If you are using a tablet or mobile, its the user icon located in the same spot that looks like this:
If you are not logged in, please click HERE.
Find your preferred tour and available departure date and follow the Book Now prompts on the product page.
At the check out, please select Account Balance as the payment method. This will redeem your credit to your new booking without requiring a voucher code. Please note, the full credit applicable will apply to your booking once it has been processed. Any excess credit will remain in your account.
Please note, if you have a credit with Inspiring Vacations that must be used with specific suppliers, you will be required to use this form. Please get in touch with our Customer Support team should you have any questions.
When you have completed the booking, you must complete a new Traveller booking form. You will be directed to complete this form once you have requested your new booking.
Who is the credit issued to?
The credit will be issued to the account holder on the original booking. The credit cannot be issued per passenger on the booking.
How much credit do I have?
You must be logged into your account to view your available credit.
Once logged in, click 'Account' and your credit will be on the left-hand side of your profile.
When does my credit expire?
Credits that were issued as a result of government-imposed travel restrictions were valid until 31 December 2022 unless specified otherwise. This expiry has now lapsed and note, as per agreed terms and conditions, credits cannot be reinstated.
If you have a credit issued for any alternate reason, please log into your Traveller Hub. Under your credit value as highlighted above, your credit expiry will be outlined.
Do I need to rebook the same tour with my credit?
Inspiring Vacations is committed to providing a credit with as much flexibility as possible. Unless otherwise advised, you are not required to book the same tour, destination or operator. You may book any tour on our website, subject to availability. Please log into your account and to view the available dates.
How do I know what dates and departures I can book using my credit?
To determine availability and dates, please log into your account. All available dates will be provided along with the package information.
What if the new tour is cheaper than my previous booking?
No refund will be provided on the remaining credit. This credit can be used towards add-ons which can be purchased via our website or an additional tour.
What happens after I redeem my credit?
Your booking will be processed according to our normal fulfilment process. You will be required to complete your Traveller Booking Form after purchasing your tour. If you have any Special Requests, please outline these in the allocated field.
