Documentation information:
When will I receive my e-tickets?
The package terms and itinerary will contain most of the information relevant to your package and should be the first point of reference for any itinerary-related queries. Specific booking information will be provided approximately 14-30 days prior to travel, including flight tickets and hotel details.
Information may be provided earlier as they become available at the discretion of Inspiring Vacations or will alternatively be provided in the time frame indicated. The distribution of documentation may be dependent on the third parties operating your booking and so unforeseen delays may be beyond the control of Inspiring Vacations. The non-delivery of documentation for any component, such as an airline e-ticket, should not be taken to indicate the level of fulfillment completed to date.
Package types:
We offer 3 different types of packages:
- Flight Inclusive - International airfares are included as part of your tour
- Flight Add-on - International airfares are offered to add-on as part of your tour
- Land Only - No international airfares included as part of your tour
Depending on the type of package you have selected it will dictate how your airfare will be fulfilled and the conditions of booking.
My package doesn't include flights, can Inspiring Vacations help?
Yes! If you would like to add airfares to your booking our flight portal will be available via your Traveller Hub. The flight portal will allow you to search for all available airfares to your destination. The function works like most general flight search engines allowing you to select your preferred airline, booking different cabin classes (eg. Business class) and view flight durations and transit times to your destination.
My package offered flights and I decided to go land only, can I add the flights back?
Absolutely, you have the option to include or add a flight to your package. However, please keep in mind that this can only be done within 28 days of your purchase.
If your booking includes a promotional airfare, please note that the promotional airfare amount will be added to your invoice.
In cases where your booking is originally flight-inclusive, and you initially opted for a Land Only package with a discount, please be aware that your booking will return to a Flight Inclusive status, and the discount will be removed.
Beyond 28 days after your booking, it will not be possible to make amendments to add flights. In such situations, you will need to email our team at flights@inspiringvacations.com for assistance.
If your booking is within 28 days, and you wish to add your flights please contact our dedicated support team via phone or email to add your flights.
Flight preferences:
My package includes international airfares, can I request certain flights?
Yes, you have the ability to request certain flight options outlined below.
- Airline Preferences: Advise if you have a preferred airline.
- Cabin Preferences: Opt for an upgrade to premium economy or business class.
- Extensions: Advise if you wish to extend travel before or after the tour with the same start and end cities.
- Stopover: Let our team know if you wish to desire to have a stopover in a transit city, on route to your destination.
- Arrival and departure city: Amend your arrival or departure point, note you will need to make your own way to your tour start point.
All requests must be submitted via the Flight Preference Form, for more information please refer to the preference form page or speak with one of our friendly support staff.
My tour package has internal flights included in the itinerary, can I make amendments?
No, while we can accommodate preferences for your international flights, amending or upgrading the internal flights within your package is not possible. These flights are booked together as a group to ensure all passengers travel together, creating a seamless experience on the ground.
Additional requests:
Can I request specific seats for my flights?
Yes, you have the option to request specific seats for your flights once your e-tickets become available. After you receive your e-tickets, you can visit the airline's website or email our friendly team to request a seat at flights@inspiringvacations.com
Please note that any applicable airline charges will be relayed to you accordingly. In this case upon receipt of your E-ticket, you may log in to the airline's website directly to make seat requests with the airline itself.
Can I use my frequent flyer points with you to upgrade my flights?
No, we do not accept frequent flyer points as a form of payment nor can they be used to upgrade your airfares in any way. If you wish to use your frequent flyer points, you will be required to book your flights directly with the airline. If you wish to add your Frequent Flyer membership number you can add this to our Flight request form.
Making changes to your flights:
Can I amend my booking after tickets are issued?
Certainly, you have the option to request a Voluntary Change for your ticketed booking, which can be done any time prior to your flight departure date. Please email our team flights@inspiringvacations.com for assistance.
Note that modifying your tickets may incur applicable fees and such changes are subject to the discretion of the ticketing airline, which may have varying degrees of restrictions. Depending on your airline's policies, the following modifications can be requested for your flights:
- Date change
- Cabin Upgrade
- Cancellation
- Name correction
- Airline change
Note that there is no cooling-off period for flight purchases. Full payment is required in order to book your flights. The following Inspiring Vacations processing fees will apply along with any applicable airline fees:

In the event of cancellation and after deducting any fees, the remaining amounts paid (if any) will be refunded to you. Note that any refund will be contingent on Inspiring Vacations first receiving your funds from the ticketed airline, which may take a number of weeks and which may differ from any refund initially advised as an estimate.
