How to access your booking details in Traveller Hub

  1. Click here to log into your account to view your Traveller Hub. 
  2. Click on 'Account' as displayed below.

    If you are already logged in, simply click into your account on the main navigation bar at the top right hand of the screen where is says 'account'. If you are using a tablet or mobile, its the user icon located in the same spot that looks like this   User Icon

  3. When you are logged in, please click 'My Bookings' on the left-hand panel, within this section you can view all past, and present bookings. 

 

Unable to find your booking?

If you are unable to see your booking in your Traveller Hub, first check that you’re using the same email address you used when making the booking. Bookings will only appear for the lead traveller on the reservation.

If this is correct, please also make sure you’re logged into the same regional store you used to book (for example, if you booked on the AU store, you’ll need to be logged into the AU store).
