How to add pre and post tour additional hotel nights both when making a new booking or when adding to an existing booking.
Adding additional nights accommodation when booking online:
When making a new booking, you may have the option to request additional nights of accommodation, if available.
Please note that the maximum number of nights you can add may vary depending on the specific package. For detailed information, refer to the Inclusions section under 'Add-Ons, Upgrades, and Room Configuration' for the package you are considering.
For your reference, an example of the purchasing process for adding additional nights of accommodation is provided below:
Adding in additional nights accommodation post-purchase:
- If you have made a booking and would like to add in additional accommodation, we kindly ask for you to log into your Traveller Hub.
- On the left-hand tab, click My Bookings
- Find the booking you wish to add the additional accommodation to and click Manage
- Under Additional Nights, you will be able to view any current nights you have requested, along with the option to add additional nights.
All additional accommodation, where available, can be requested up until 70 days prior to departure. Therefore the option to add additional nights, will not appear should you be travelling within this time.
If you do not have any reference to additional nights in your Traveller Hub, this means additional accommodation cannot be booked with Inspiring Vacations.
If you have access to this service, all pre and post-accommodation can be managed via your Traveller Hub account. Your Traveller Hub account will also keep you updated with the status of your tour, additional accommodation and more. We strongly recommend all customers check their Traveller Hub regularly.

If you have booked a flight-inclusive package and wish to extend your stay beyond the main itinerary, please be aware that additional airfare charges may apply. We will only reach out to you if there are any extra airfare costs associated with your request. Unfortunately, our team cannot provide a cost estimate before you complete your booking, but our airfare team will contact you if necessary. To avoid potential complications, we highly recommend considering a land-only package and arranging your flights independently.
