If you are interested in adding pre and/or post nights to your package, the following will help you with this request when;
- Making a new booking
- Adding in the request post booking
If you are unable to select any additional nights upon making a booking, this means Inspiring Vacations is unable to assist you with this service.
Adding in additional nights accommodation in the purchase path:
Upon proceeding with a new booking, where available, you will be able to request additional accommodation within the purchase path. Depending on the package, there is a maximum number of nights you can select, so please refer to the package fine print for the particular package you are interested in.
Alternatively, please see an example below of how the purchase path may appear should you have access to purchase additional nights' accommodation.
Adding in additional nights accommodation post-purchase:
- If you have made a booking and would like to add in additional accommodation, we kindly ask for you to log into your Traveller Hub.
- On the left-hand tab, click Bookings
- Find the booking you wish to add the additional accommodation to and click Manage
- Under additional nights, you will be able to view any current nights you have requested, along with the option to add additional nights.
All additional accommodation, where available, can be requested up until 70 days prior to departure. Therefore the option to add additional nights, will not appear should you be travelling within this time.
If you do not have any reference to additional nights in your Traveller Hub, unfortunately, this means additional accommodation cannot be booked with Inspiring Vacations.
If you have access to this service, all pre and post-accommodation can be managed via your Traveller Hub account. Your Traveller Hub account will also keep you updated with the status of your tour, additional accommodation and more. We strongly recommend all customers check their Traveller Hub regularly.

Important Note:
- If you have a flight-inclusive package and you wish to extend to stay a period outside of the main schedule, any additional airfare charges will be imposed. You will only be contacted if there are additional airfare costs.
- Our team are not able to provide a cost prior to making a booking, and our airfare team will be in contact where applicable. We strongly recommend you purchase a land-only package and arrange your flights independently.
- If you have booked a package with a shared room configuration, any additional nights before or after your tour will be reserved in a private room at the regular rate.
