How to cancel your booking
We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your booking. In order for our team to proceed in cancelling your booking, we kindly ask that you complete the following cancellation request form:
Prior to completing the cancellation request form, please review all terms and conditions associated with your booking. A copy of the cancellation terms relevant to you booking can be found within your Traveller Hub. At the time of your purchase, you agreed to these conditions and therefore it is important that they are read and understood.
Once your request for cancellation has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for a response. If you are departing within this timeframe, please submit this form and call us immediately.
