How to Cancel Your Booking
To allow our team to proceed with the cancellation, we kindly ask that you complete the cancellation request form via the following link:
Before completing the cancellation request form, please take a moment to review the terms and conditions associated with your booking. A copy of the relevant cancellation terms can be found in your Traveller Hub. These terms were agreed to at the time of booking, so it’s important that they are read and fully understood.
Once we receive your cancellation request, please allow up to 7 business days for a response. If your scheduled departure is within this timeframe, we ask that you submit the form and contact us on 1300 886 688 immediately so we can prioritise your request.
