How will I know if my payment has been received?

When your payment has been reconciled against your booking, the lead traveller will receive an updated invoice. Alternatively, you can access your invoice via your Traveller Hub at any time. 

To view your invoice, follow the below steps! 

  1. Log into your account HERE and Click 'Account'

  2. On the left-hand side of your Traveller Hub, click 'My Bookings.' This will provide you with a full list of past, and present bookings.

  3. From here, click 'Manage' to view your booking details.

4. At the bottom of the content, under your important booking information, you will have 'View invoice', Please click this invoice to see the total of funds paid and any outstanding amounts. 

 

Important notes;

For any online bank transactions, please allow between 3-5 days for the funds to be allocated against your booking. We ask that this time is considered when paying an invoice to avoid an overdue reminder. 

If your payment has not been receipted within 5 business days, we ask that you email support@inspiringvacations.com with a copy of the receipt.
