If I purchase something on tour and wish to make a return, can you assist?

Any purchases made on tour are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible should the goods or services not meet customer expectations. Our tour guides may make recommendations on where to purchase specific souvenirs or products, although the decision to purchase these are entirely your own. 

If you wish to return something to the retailer and to seek a refund or exchange, you must first attempt to do this directly with the retailer, just as you would in your home country.

Failure to receive a refund or exchange, we can attempt to assist through interactions with our local team, although we recommend attempting a charge-back of your credit card.
