Submitting my Traveller Booking Form troubleshooting
There are required fields that must be completed when submitting your booking form and these are identified with an asterix (*).
To troubleshoot, please ensure that all required fields are completed.
You must also ensure that there are no spaces before or after text, as this will result in an error.
When all required fields are completed with the appropriate format, you must then tick the "acknowledgment" box before hitting submit.
Once submitted, your form will be sent through to our team for processing, and you will also receive an automated confirmation email with a copy of your Traveller Booking Form so you can verify that all details submitted are accurate.
