It’s important to read the details in this email thoroughly, as it will outline the steps you need to take to finalize your booking.
To proceed, you must complete and submit a Passenger Booking Form through your Traveller Hub. We recommend submitting this form within 48 hours of your purchase to facilitate the next steps in your booking process. If you do not submit the form in a timely manner, you will receive a friendly reminder via email.
Please note that if the Passenger Booking Form is not submitted, our team will be unable to move forward with your booking request.
Once you have provided all the necessary information, our dedicated team will coordinate with all operators involved in your package. You can monitor your booking status through your Traveller Hub, and we will send you further information as soon as we have an official update.
