Once I have made my booking, what’s next?

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with your booking request along with a tax receipt. Please make sure you check your spam or junk mail folder in case our email has ended up there. We ask that you read all details within this email very carefully as it will outline the next step to finalise your booking request. 

You will be required to fill in and submit a Passenger Booking Form via your Traveller Hub. We ideally require this form within 48 hours of your purchase as it allows us to proceed to the next step of your booking. When you do not submit your booking a timely manner, a friendly reminder will be sent to your email address. 

It is important to note, should this form not be submitted, our team will not be able to proceed with your booking request. 

Once all required details have been completed, our dedicated team will request the arrangements with all operators involved in your package. You are welcome to keep track of your booking status via your Traveller Hub, and once we have an official update, our team will send you further information.
