We have policies and procedures in place to ensure that our customers are taken care of should they become unwell on tour. Please notify your tour guide the moment you begin to feel unwell and they will arrange for you to be seen by a medical professional.
Your tour guide and medical professional will assess whether or not you are well enough to continue. If you are unable to continue the tour, you will be required to sign a release form and we will assist your safe return home.
Any costs incurred during this time must be covered by the customer. Please ensure you keep all receipts and appropriate documentation to support your travel insurance claim, if applicable.
Before you depart for your tour, please make sure you visit your doctor for a health assessment and to ensure that you have sufficient quantities of all required medications.
Depending on the country of travel, please be sure to check whether or not you will require a letter from your GP to present upon entry when claiming your medications.
