When are my payments due?
Payment terms are outlined in the Fine Print of each deal page and are agreed upon at time of booking.
Where the package is not a Red Hot Deal, you will have the ability to pay via an instalment plan.
The due date of each scheduled payment will be outlined on your invoice, which you can access via your Traveller Hub at any time.
For our Red Hot Deal packages, please know we require full payment at time of booking to secure your package. We cannot offer an installment plan for these specialised packages and recommend you look at an alternative package if you would prefer to pay using the instalment payment method.
