Final Travel Documentation
Your final travel documentation will include a detailed daily itinerary along with important information about your journey. Where applicable, it may also contain flight details and travel vouchers.
We aim to issue all final documentation between 7 and 30 days prior to your departure. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your itinerary, you can log in to your Traveller Hub to download your preliminary travel details. This version becomes available as soon as your booking is confirmed.
Once all documentation has been finalised and received from our local operators (where required), it will be uploaded and made accessible through your Traveller Hub account.
If you have booked through a travel agent, your final documents will be sent directly to them. Please reach out to your agent for any assistance regarding your travel documentation.
In some cases, depending on the package you have selected, final documents may be sent directly by one of our local partners. You will be notified in advance if this applies to your booking.
Lastly, please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders in case any important emails from our team are misdirected.
