When will tour documentation be provided

Your final documentation will include a daily itinerary and important information about your journey. Where applicable and included your flight information and vouchers may also be provided. 

We endeavor to issue final documentation 7-30 days before departure. In the interim if you have any queries relating to your itinerary, you are welcome to log into your Traveller Hub and download your travel details. This itinerary is made available immediately after a booking has been confirmed.

Once all documentation has been finalised and provided by our operators, where required, all documents will be made available via your Traveller Hub account. 

If you have booked through a travel agent, all documentation will be sent directly to your travel agent, so please ensure you contact them for assistance. 

Further, depending on the package you have purchased, documentation may be sent to you directly from our local partner. You will be made aware ahead of time should this be the case.

Please check your spam and/or junk mail folders in case an important email from our team has made its way there.
